Coffee was superb here. I enjoyed my hot brew in the nice shade of the warm sun in Carmel,Ca. Beautiful brew shop complimented by beautiful scenery.

Coffee was great and there was plenty of seating. Unfortunately my friend and I came here to work and the wifi was SO incredibly slow we couldn’t really do anything. My zoom calls dropped at least 10 times over an hour. Even tried hotspotting my phone and there wasn’t enough service.
So come for the coffee, but you’re better off at another place if you need Internet access.

Horrible customer service ever. After placing my order, the espresso machine malfunctioned, you would think that they would tell all those that previously placed an order. But there was no communication. I observed the “lead” being rude and condescending to other customers. Then when I inquired about my order the “lead” was ornery and was insulted I even inquired, there was no apology for the delay, instead seemed like she was offended. Then when my order was ready, although we were the only groups left in the establishment, she chose to not communicate that my order which I waited for was ready, again no apology for the delay or even an acknowledgment. Then when I commented about about their lack of customer service she and the other employee were ridiculously rude. This place needs either a new “lead” our some serious customer service training. I have noticed that the owner only comments in the good service. I hope the owner reaches out to me because after reading other negative comments they either don’t care or chose to address or ignore negative comments because they really don’t care about their customer service or lack there off. I hope you, owner, reach out!

Probably one of the worst mochas I’ve had in a while, unfortunately not really much competition out here in Carmel to get better though. Captain + Stoker or Counterpoint Coffee Monterey and Seaside are where you want to go for espresso in the peninsula

Good coffee (if you don't mind paying $4 for drip coffee), but what kind of coffee shop doesn't have light roast? When I asked for a light roast coffee, the barista picked up a bag of beans... So you have it, but you don't brew it? What the hell? Just another reason to go to Starbucks.

The Latte here is really tepid. Taste like no espresso at all. If you like Carmel valley roasting, the store on the other side nearby Safeway is way better.

Enjoyed two Tru Bru's ( Peru and Sumatra) for just over 5$. Enjoyed sipping them and flipping through a magazine's. The shopping area is cute and has many interesting shops to visit after.

The delivery of the coffee took very long after taking the order. They got busy with closing the store and collecting seat cushions after taking order instead of making our cofee.
