Got avocado toast, lox bagel, and apple strudel for breakfast. Everything was very good, quick service, good quality.

Terrible latte. So-so croissant. Latte and croissant are a cafe's standards. If you want to build the reputation you definitely need to work on improvement of these 2 items.

They didn't have any maximum capacity despite COVID, so the indoor area was crowded and claustrophobic. We didn't feel like the drinks were worth the cost - we got a smoothie and an oat latte, both watery and bland.

I ordered double shot cofee,it was so cold and no creamer is well and when asked for creamer she gave me cold milk and made it miserable to drink.I tried to ask the lady who made it she said that's the hot I can make in a rude way...I have never had such a bad cofee in my life..moreover rude answers,as a tourist to carmel 1st cofee was such a worst experience

Rude employee's. Lost our order. When we asked for them to check I was dismissed. Then had to get my husband involved. They did find my order after 30 minutes. Just said "here" and turned away. It was just a pastry warmed in the microwave. They also lost my coffee order. I know a large drip coffee is complicated. Just blown away how rude everyone was. I get it, things happen. Could still be polite, or good forbid appologetic.

A bit pricey, but the coffee was very good. And so were the cookies! We were warmly received and attended to.

The customer service was poor. We waited almost 30 minutes. I watched a lot of people who came in after us give their order, receive it and leave. I stood their in front of the cashier the whole time and nothing. I asked twice for our order. Finally received without one single we're sorry for the wait. It's a cute place but the service is horrible.
