Souvenir Coffee is the real deal, they are very passionate about coffee and it shows up in every cup. They love talking about coffee too, if time allows. Be sure to ask all of your questions and take some time to try some of their de-lish snacks!

Amazing coffee shop not too far from UC Berkeley. You can take the 51B and get dropped off pretty close. Coffee is really good (I recommend the mocha or the latte) but the star of the show is the breakfast sandwich. Absolutely loved the Happy Veggie and wanted to order another one. Do recommend!

Excellent coffee, vegan cake options and great vibes. Really nice cafe where the locals come chill, read books and hang out.

Their hours are wrong online! They are open at 7am. Super cute coffee shop right across from the Uplands. Has indoor and outdoor seating and a restroom. Usually only one barista. Light pastry offerings.

Excellent service and atmosphere! The barista Jasmine was super nice and made a great chai latte! Would totally come back to hang out with friends or study!

Such adorable location which is substantiated by their great coffee. And I mean that because they bring accessibility to the coffee experience for those who cannot do caffeine but enjoy so much the flavor! They have wonderful organically decaffeinated coffee using the Swiss water process. When I bought a bag, they kindly offered a free coffee of my choice. They made me feel like I’ve been going there for the longest time! Genuinely looking forward to going back soon even though I live in the Southbay. If you live in the community, bring a book or homework and spend a little time in the warm ambiance.

Spent the majority of a workday here, really good atmosphere for getting work done or socializing on the patio (it’s no laptops outside). Coffee was good too! Slightly pricier than most cafes, starts at $3.50 but it’s worth it

A cute and narrow coffee shop serving up good brew, tasty sandwiches and a yummy selection of sweet and savoury pastries. Free wifi, individual tables and outlets.
Situated next to an old school butcher and grocery store. A few doors down from shops specialized in comics, upholstery, fantasy and science fiction, Judaica. This coffee shop is on one of the most unique blocks in the East Bay.
The Souvenir Special was fantastic (albeit a bit on the pricey side): a light-on-salt pastrami served on warm pretzel bun with melted Swiss cheese, cabbage greens and jalapeño sauce — delish.

Coffee was good (Americano).
Almond croissant was nothing special. No almond paste inside and texture like those you can get at Safeway.
Staff seems very quiet, reserved. Not very outgoing or friendly.
Very pleasant back garden seating area. Good music playing inside. Will go again.

As much as I do enjoy their coffee, their WiFi NEVER works and there’s hardly ever a spot open to sit down. Everyone is always complaining that their wifi isn’t working, and it never seems to be fixed.
