Spencer's Cafe is a well known spot to get a homemade meal feel. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner item. There's two locations to choose from in Bakersfield. One on the east side near Owswell and East Hills Mall. The other is on the Southside Bakersfield off of White Lane and Gosford.
