Peet's Coffee

I went to Peet’s coffee shop in Alamo California and it was horrible. I ordered a latte, and the coffee and the milk were separated and the service was also horrible. I had asked if they could change it and give me a new one and they said they couldn’t. Whenever they mess up or don’t do a good job on my coffee at other Peet’s coffee shops they happily take it back and give me a new one. It was so bad I could not drink it so I had to throw it away.

I like this Peet's...partly because of the staff mostly because of the location. To me, Pete's is still that down to earth, chaotic coffee shop. There can be a slight delay in getting your drink so enjoy the scenery while you wait 😉
Oh and, there's plenty of parking and walking 60' won't kill you!

This is a really good Peet's. Friendly and capable baristas, lots of parking, plenty of seating, and fairly fast service.

Serves good coffee as always, staff was very nice. Love to be here when I am in the area.

My favorite, always a great cup of coffee. Beats the other options out there.

Our cycling group will often stop at this Peet's to have a cup of coffee or a cold drink on those hot days. The service is always great and there's plenty of room in the patio area to relax.

The employee's are nice, the store is clean, the seats are comfortable and decent wifi. and after 4 visits, they have gotten my order correct every time.

What more can you really ask for?

The shelf is always empty they have less service options and if they have any options as a snack usually it’s already gone it seems like they’re only selling coffee

Larger, better laid-out Peets. Staff is great but changes reasonably frequently unfortunately. Coffee is great - it's Peets!

If you are in any sort of a hurry, this location is not the one for you. Nice Staff, but extremely slow, even when no one is ahead of you. Sorry guys, but you need to step up the service to get even 3 stars.
