Everything I have tried here has been fabulous. From the blended infused lavender lemonade to the iced cold brew coconut and caramel to the Samoa frappe, I’ve never been disappointed. All the baristas are super friendly and provide excellent customer service and drinks. #BEEKIND

My coffee has only been right at a rate of 1/10 times! I request a simple coffee: Americano on ice with a little sweet cream. Shadrach's in Jonesboro nails it at a rate of 10/10, so I know it's a simple cup of Joe. I have continued to stop in as a matter of convenience (I live in Walnut Ridge) and to support local business. However, I have been shorted twice now on my loyalty rewards. A few days ago I had asked how many points I needed for my bonus cup, and I was told one. The next day I came in and purchased a coffee (my one point), so I came in today knowing that I had enough points for a free coffee and requested to use my points for the purchase. To my disappointment I was told that I still needed another point. I informed the gentleman with painted fingernails that I had already discussed this a couple of days ago and made my point purchase the day before. He tells me that there isn't much he can do for me. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said that she was probably still asleep!! Needless to say, you pick up a bean from kindness and you get stung! This will be my last stop at the Busy Bean, and I would not recommend them! Spend your money somewhere with consistency and good customer service!
