Midtown Coffee

Need to train their baristas better on service. Went in today, asked for a classic Guatemalan cold brew, (it was on their sign out front) . Was told they didn't have guatemalan, then I asked what types of sweeteners did they use in their cold brews. "the reply was "I don't know what you were asking", I said, stevia, sugar, honey. She didn't reply,. On to another coffee shop.

I love this place! The people who work here are always so friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service in an era where customer service is sorely lacking almost everywhere. The coffee drinks are fabulous and creative.

Great coffee. I like to get the iced sugar free scarecrow. If you like tea and honey the Queen Bee drink is delicious. They roast their own coffee so it's never burned like other national chain coffee shops that shall remain nameless. I also have yet to get a drink that was too sweet, they're just always well balanced.

Great coffee, great service, and great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved this place! Truly an outstanding coffeeshop. The two ladies working were quite friendly and helpful; clearly, they were happy to be there. The coffees available were superb in their taste and aroma. Drinks were delicious and of perfect consistency; moreover, there was beautiful artwork incorporated into the tops of each latte. The music playing in the store was such a pleasant addition, as well.

GREAT SPOT FOR GREAT COFFEE

Similar to a Starbucks but locally owned and operated. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. It’s at the City Mall close to Planet Fitness. There is ample seating inside. The baristas are very knowledgeable and the coffee drinks are superb. It’s a great place to go and give yourself a special treat. By the way, there are other treats besides coffee. And it’s just a short walk to Shipley Donuts if you’d like to add donuts to your coffee treat.

I love the atmosphere and the quality tea they have from savoy tea company. Only thing is, don't order an earl grey because they will give you cheap tea from walmart instead of good tea from savoy.

This is an awesome space with unique drinks as well as classic! The baristas were friendly and efficient, and the drinks were amazing— both the Rose Gold and the Honey Bear. Definitely worth the visit on my way down from Mount Nebo State Park!

Very chill and cozy environment and affordable. If you are looking for a small snack or breakfast with a drink pretty affordable. Had 5 bucks in my bag and got a tea and Danish with 5 bucks. The cashier was nice. Danish was really good. No problems besides that the WiFi kept going out on my device probably not the store probably my device. Other than that it is great.

Was in town for work and needed a place to relax for a bit. Excellent and friendly service. They are knowledgable about their drinks and genuinely happy to be serving customers. The Pablo Honey was excellent! Only downside: Did not see a public restroom for customers. However, there are other places next door that I assume have a restroom.
