I ordered a breakfast bowl and, especially for the price, was very underwhelmed by the ingredients and the portion size. Overall, everything seems overpriced for the quality.

Ordered House Salad two days in a row. Both times no red onion on salad. Its an ingredient in the salad on the Menu. Also did not get xtra Cesear dressing as requested. I tipped them. I will get food elsewhere. Still come back for fav. D drink. No tipping ever again. Too much joking around and not paying attention to orders.

They didn't have my pumpkin chai yet. They were able to suggest another choice and it was so good. CARAMEL Truffle frozen.

I wish thier ice cream machine would work again for shakes. It's pretty good. I prefer this over Starbucks

Sweet Bay was my favorite coffee place in Ft Smith for years. Over the years I noticed the level of cleanlinessas well as maintenance of the buildings seemed to be going downhill. Then the Pandemic hit and they went nuts and totally shut down the inside dining. So I had to go find a new favorite because I needed a place to plug in and work.
I won't put the name of my new favorite here but they are clean, bright and cheery with plenty of inside & outside work space.
Today I decided I would again try my old friends out. You know share the wealth around kind of thing. I went to the the location by Lowes. Inside dining was open finally long after everyone are running full throttle. The place had most of the tables removed (as if it was mid 2020). The poor workers are all masked up and the service horrible. The couple of people there were busy serving the drive through etc and after standing & waiting for a while, I went and worked a while till a girl come to the counter and the I quickly went to the counter and she took my order.
But the place was dirty, run down and not opened properly business. To the owners I say Stop listening to the deep state peeps spewing their CNN/MSNBC mind mush and run a business for real. Otherwise I have no need to come back. The new favorite wants my biz for real!

Great coffee shop chain and every one is good.

Great coffee so many amazing flavors to choose from. The staff is really nice and willing to answer any questions you may have. It's a nice place to sit and relax, with it's dark and quiet atmosphere makes it really nice to sit and work. Only down side is the price, I would go a lot more if it wasn't so expensive because I love coffee. Other than I recommend trying it out.

This Eastside location is Unbelievably slow. A salad should not take 25 minutes. A veggie wrap should have more than onions lettuce carrots and a tiny piece of cheese, ( I Can't even call it a slice) "employees " playing and yelling in the back while customers are waiting for food. Coffee weak and lukewarm. Is this the same owners as Creekmore park location? If so you might want to do some training. Very very disappointed

I find it difficult to believe that I haven't written a glowing review of Sweet Bay Coffee since we've been using it as our favorite Fort Smith gathering place as long as it's been open. Great coffee, wonderful sandwich, great views of the park and the best atmosphere for catching up with friends.
