Not directed at just this location but all locations, don’t continue giving any money and/or support it. They don’t treat their employees right. Firing two whole stores with no notice is disgusting. Shady company that deserves to go under.

Best place I've found to do a bit of work on the laptop. Extraordinarily fast WiFi for a public place, and an amazingly clean and warm environment to get work done in.

Ordered a large coffee, excellent coffee. Service was great, attentive and helpful. I have found a new coffee company for my Java needs.

Not a great place to study anymore. When you buy something, You have to ask for their code now to get on their Wi-Fi for limited 2 hours.

Love the coffee. But the pricing is NEVER consistent. Seriously, I go 4 days out of the week and order my usual. It’s a different price everyday. I don’t mind so much as long as it’s close the same price it actually is. This visit though, I was charged an extra $3. I made my decision. I just do not think that sweet bay and it’s inconsistencies has any more room in my life 😆

Service was terrible. Got there around 12:45 pm. Only 2 customers inside drinking coffee & consistent drive thru business.
Ordered a salad & soda. Got soda immediately.
Salad took over 15 minutes. No employees were out front. All in back laughing & talking. Another customer comes in for coffee & a wrap. She gets coffee & her wrap came right after I got my salad, but items were missing. It took me forever to find someone to ask for crackers due to no employees being out front. My husband never goes to this Sweet Bay for the reason I stated here, but I have always had reasonable service before today. I believe jobs should be fun, but you also have to show your customers that they matter too.

Careful if order sugar free here at this location. 2nd time this location does something wrong on their latte. Too sweet. I even ask for half sweet and sure it wasn't done. The original location is awesome though!

Best Mocha ever! And the guacamole chicken panini was amazing!

Great, friendly and fast service and cozy dining area. Good for breakfast and meeting friends for coffee. Wasn't too busy and loud for good conversation when I went. Perfect, relaxed environment to enjoy breakfast alone or with someone. 👌👌

The coffee was good and the place was clean and the people were nice.
