The milk tea is good (I got half taro half coconut).
However, you are forced to sit down to place a take out order which kinda bothered me a little (especially during covid-times, where I find it would be safer to stand rather than touching a seat everyone else was made to touch).
The person who took my order also told me that mixing taro and coconut would be gross, but it is not :)

I LOVE this place so much!!! The drinks are delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful and the people are so nice! I don’t live in Fort Smith, but every time I’m in town I HAVE to stop by Smiling Cup. My favorites are Matcha and Taro, SO DELICIOUS!

So delicious; my latest was the mango flavor and it was amazing! If I lived closer I’d probably go to this location every day. Store is clean and the staff is so nice!

This place is a MUST visit. The owner Tim is amazing and always smiling. The bubble tea is awesome and the service is ALWAYS above and beyond what you're expecting. So glad a place like this came to Fort Smith.

They have the best customer service! I am pretty sure it is the owner that always greets us promptly as we walk in. He is always happy and eager to attend his customers. I have ordered most of the tea flavors they offer and they all taste great!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming! The drinks are fordable and good! The place is cleaned and well decorated. The lovely elderly man was very sweet and helpful! I 10000% recommend this place!

We stopped in to see what they had to offer and so glad we did I had a banana and Matthew had a melon drink and I can definitely say those were the absolute best I've had panera's can't compare we will be going back
