Mud Street Cafe

Great breakfast! You must get there early to have the fab pancakes and blueberry pancakes. Wonderful self serve coffee and specialty coffees. Friendly staff and down to earth atmosphere! A place you must visit while in Eureka!

We really liked our white chocolate mochas and our breakfast. They have huuuge portions, none of us were able to finish our meals. Their famous sour cream pancakes were really good.

The atmosphere in Mud Street Cafe was amazing! The food was equally good, and the picture of the espresso speaks for itself.

This place was recommended to me by family and upon our arrival my family of 4 got waters and one had a bug in the water. We ordered fries for our 2 year old and they brought out hardened and black hash browns and we asked for the manager to take the fries off since he could not eat them and they didn't take them off and we saw it on the receipt after we left. The french dip sandwich was very soggy before even dipping it into the soup. Our waitress was very kind and everything but the food was very bad and we regret eating there.

ROACHES!! Ok, first off. I can not understand how this place stays open. There are multiple reviews if you take the time to read through that state there are roaches. Some people like ourselves, having more than one roach end up on their table or in their food in a single setting. I have never seen this in person until now. I have only ever heard of restaurants having this problem but I have never seen it myself until now. TWO roaches fell from the ceiling on to our table before our food even got to our table. We got up and walked out. This has clearly been going on for years according to other reviews. RUN

Had to wait for seating, on the stairs. Once inside we were treated to self serve coffee, a long wait for our food and very disappointing food at that.

Mud Street Cafe does not disappoint! A sign on the wall read, "the best coffee in the area," and I agree! (I tried a coconut mocha breve). The food is great too, and the serving sizes were nothing to scoff at. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, and was able to make some great recommendations. If you're in Eureka Springs, you must visit Mud Street Cafe!
