T.H.I.N.K. Coffee - Harkrider

I have been going here for the past two years and I am never disappointed. I love the salted caramel brainiac and the aunt Bethany. Jenna is usually there when I go, and she never fails to give me the best drinks and best customer service! I love this place and I’m so glad to see they’re excelling and popping up in different towns.

I come to this location a few times a week and I am always so happy with their coffee and customer service. Najee is always so sweet and I love when I catch her working she makes amazing lattes! They are all wonderful and I really appreciate the hard work and kindness they provide every time.

The staff was super friendly & confirmed my order before making my coffee just the way I like it. Our drinks were ready really quickly since one of the staff took our order while we were in the drive-through line. Also, they were the only non-national chain coffee shop we could find open on a Sunday morning. We'll definitely go back!

Horrible service. I was literally at the window at 7pm after being in line. They served the car in front of me and a red head asked the person behind her what time it was and proceeded to say sorry, we closed at 7pm. What?! I've never been turned away at a Starbucks even if it was close to closing. I thought THINK was better than that. Will not return.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I’m a mama to an 11 month old, so being able to drive through and grab amazing, quality coffee without getting out of my car is awesome! The drinks they offer are fantastic quality and the prices are comparable to many coffee places in town. And every drink is served with a smile from the many friendly baristas. I love that they know my name and have gotten to know me! It’s also awesome to know that they are supporting community groups by donating a portion of their proceeds! So it’s a win-win-win—great coffee, stellar service, supporting a local business and community groups and you don’t even have to get out of your car!

With so many excellent coffee options in Conway, T.H.I.N.K Coffee on Dave Ward has become my favorite choice. The coffee is consistent and amazing every time. I highly recommend the Contemplator and the Brainiac. Customer service is always fantastic and friendly.

This coffee shop is housed in a building the size of a ticket booth at the fair. There are windows on opposite sides that customers drive up to place their orders. This business supports children with special needs. The owners has a child with special needs. This is their inspiration to help others in similar situations. I am not a coffee connoisseur so I cannot tell about the products offered. I took my teenage daughter here since she likes caramel flavored coffee. We waited five to ten minutes for the order to be filled. The coffee was too strong for my daughter. She threw over 90% of the drink away. We will stick with what she like from other coffeehouses. Nevertheless, this is a great business model for people on the go.

The best coffee! I recommend anything with cold foam on it. The lady at the drive-through window was also very friendly and helpful.

This is my go-to coffee shop in Conway. It’s right down the street from my college, the coffee is amazing, and the people are always so sweet. Shoutout to Najei, Teal, and Treat for making me a fire surprise drink. They treat the LGBTs right
