I always have a pleasant experience here. The first time i came here the baristas gave me a ton of recommendations on places to go since i was new to the area. Every time i want a place to relax i come here for my coffee and know that I can also support a local business

Quiet atmosphere with friendly staff and great coffee

There's no place to sit where there's no television. It's not like it's meant to be a couch potato's paradise. The TVs aren't turned up so you can hear them. Which would be worse but understandable. I can see someone wanting to get coffee and watch a program in public something like a sports bar. I find television to be distracting in a very annoying way when it's in a restaurant.
So how's the coffee? it's bitter. That's ok if you're going to get a flavored coffee. Black coffee drinkers should pass on this place, through.
I'd probably go again but they have TVs which just ruins the atmosphere of a coffee bar.

Customer service was fantastic. Met both owners and they seemed to be very nice and aimed to please the customer. They went above and beyond to satisfy my order when I felt my coffee was made incorrectly. One even made my drink again personally while they had customers waiting. Unfortunately i can't recommend getting a steamed milk based drink. I originally ordered a simple flat white without noticing it wasn't on the menu. The barista had no idea what a flat white was. I ended up ordering a large latte and it had no Foam at all and had the consistency of drip coffee. It was also the to hot to drink similar to a drip coffee. When I returned and had my drink made a second time I observed the milk being steamed and assumed ok we got this one right. Upon taking my first drink I burned my mouth because the drink was now even hotter than before. Exactly like a drip coffee. The foam was on top but the consistency of the drink was way off. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

Let's talk about the apple cinnamon scone🤩🤩🤩 absolutely delicious. Ask them to warm it and thank me later🤣

When I'm on this side of Cabot I love to stop in here! There food is always so good. It's freshly made. I've never been inside or tried their coffee. Very quick with orders and friendly staff at the take-out window.

Food was good and had a great vanilla latte.

The staff at Grinds is always very pleasant and always have a smile ready for each customer. They always serve their coffee the way I order it and have it ready shortly after I get to th window to pay for it. Starbucks needs to learn from the staff at Grinds.

I love this place. My Son and daughter-in-law live in Cabot so every time I visit I always stop here at least two or three times. I love their house blend so much I bought some to bring back to Indiana with me. Everyone who works here is very friendly as well.
