Onyx Coffee Lab - Bentonville

Excellent coffee and awesome ambiance right off the main square in Bentonville. The cups are smaller than most coffee shops and that is OK. Lots of seating space inside and outside. They also have treats to sell including French macarons and even a vegan muffin (out of stock when I visited).

I’m loving the Matcha latte and the Onyx Delight. Also loving seeing my favorite smiling staff members first thing in the morning.

Coffee is perfected here! Do not miss out!!!! The Hail Fellow Well Met! Was satiny, smooth, creamy, with a hint of saltiness to the last sip! I was licking my cup to get every bit!

I heard rave reviews about this place and they didn’t disappoint! I love the atmosphere of this place..very crowded but cozy. I love how they have charging stations at the bars! Love the drinks! I wanted to go for a seasonal drink but it was seasonal but the waiter made sure to give me something similar! Amazing customer service! I definitely will be back whenever I’m in the area!

Easily the best coffee experience. While in South Carolina, my friend who has never been to Arkansas came up to me very excited to share this coffee he found. It was a well presented bag of Onyx coffee. I laughed and said Ive been there and had to get him some merch because he loved the stuff. Now bringing a friend bag from Virginia his eyes lit up drinking their coffee and claims that we are coming back every day on the vacation for more.

Things here were good, but did not meet my expectations. They could not make me a flat white and insisted on calling it a double cappuccino, and it ended up just all wrong (very weak and too much milk). The breakfast sandwich was okay, but it tasted microwaved, which ruins the texture. The quiche was fine but not flavorful. The beans I got were good but not $30/lb good but I'll update when I dial them in a bit more.

Maybe they're better at these trendy flavored drinks.

As an event and media person at a leading coffee shop in Santa Fe, NM, I'm always on the lookout for delicious coffee, great customer service and amazing merch! Onyx does not disappoint on any of this!
I would go back for the respectful and friendly service even if the coffee was terrible. From start to finish, a perfect experience.

Finally got a chance to visit a real Onyx after trying it in Seattle as part of a coffee club. The coffee at the cafe is superb. I'm glad they sell 2x bags of beans, too. I found it "unique" that every employee asked me how I was doing though. It was just a little bit much for me, as an introvert.

Onyx is my favorite. The coffee is so good here. This location looks soo cool, hip and upscale. Easily I can spend my day working with a cup of coffee. However, somehow I love the Fayetteville location much. My iced mocha at this location was not that good, as compared to the Fayetteville location. The chocolate muffin was also very dry. But the interior is much nice here.

Friendly staff and patrons. It's busy pretty often, but people are usually patient and they get drinks out quickly. The interior is fairly small with limited seating, however there is outdoor seating available, some of it being covered.
There are places to leave leashed pets outside the doors so you can go in and order. Restrooms and wifi (password on wall by door) available.
