Worst ever experience. My granddaughter ordered a blueberry muffin and what she got was NOT blueberry. The waitress said they would take it off the bill and they DID NOT. Overpriced Food was meh .

Someone paid for my meal and i don't even know who it was. I am so grateful, so i gave the restaurant 40 dollars to pay for the next costumers meal.
The food looks delicious and i haven't even eaten it. But by that simple gesture it touched my heart. I will be coming back.
The service and view is too beautiful, i will return. Thank you.
Merry Christmas!

Utterly blown away by this gorgeous spot!! I visited this cafe several times during my week in Yuma, as it was a short walk from the Hilton where I was staying.
My first experience was with their breakfast burrito. Huge, filling, and delicious, served with what very well may be the best fresh salsa I've had anywhere. (From a Texan, that's a HUGE compliment.)
I was lucky to join one of the owners at a lunch table a few days later, and got to experience the overwhelmingly charming patio. Luxuriant trees and flowers make you feel like you've been transported to tropical Hawaii, and a fly-cage with cockatiels and budgie parakeets helps round out the atmosphere. On a gorgeous midwinter day in Yuma, the sun was shining, the cool breeze was dancing in the trees...it was just magical.
It was recommended that I try the "Yuma Spice tea," which is one of their signatures. Black tea with a hint of orange and a blast of spicy cinnamon, faintly sweet, completely exotic. I guzzled my first glass in less than 5 minutes, it was so good.
The regulars wax poetic about the tortilla soup, so I had to have that, and it most certainly did not disappoint. Apparently, if you order it with the tortilla strips on the side, you'll be mistaken for a local.
I also sampled the "tri-tip dip," sort of the local spin on French dip or "sandwich au jus," and it was hearty and delicious. But my favorite bite, other than the tortilla soup, was probably the Southwest quiche.
Their Chocolate Killer Cake is famous throughout the region...so famous that they were out and I didn't get to try it. But if they still have some when you visit, be sure to reserve a piece when you first sit down, because I heard from multiple people in Yuma, when I mentioned I had eaten there, that it's LITERALLY to die for.
My ONLY regret is that I didn't get to try Sunday brunch here, because it's apparently a buffet fit for a king. If you try it...let me know how it was!

Out door dining in a quaint garden setting. But why it's my favorite is the food! Cinnamon/coconut bread to die for. Unusual menu that doesnt have one thing on it that's not delicious. Spiced tea cold or hot is wonderful. And the staff and service is genuine and excellent.

Awesome place. The weather was cool the day we were there, but they had heaters around to keep us warm. The atmosphere is amazing and the service great. I would definitely go again.

We were waiting to be seated along with a line of people but no one acknowledged us. We were essentially being ignored. One of the people standing had enough and went to ask what was going on. They told her there was an hour wait since everything was reserved. That's fine and dandy but they could have told us instead of ignore us. We all left.

Beautiful hidden spot. Unique to Yuma. Good breakfast and lunch date spot. No AC - all outdoor seating. Fully shaded with tree cover and misters spraying. Huge bird cage creating tropical ambiance vibe. ***CLOSED for the summer months.

First time there, loved the outdoor setting. We were there late in the day, they had run out of a couple of items we wanted. Food & service was excellent.

Setting is great amongst the trees and nature. Had the Sonoran breakfast, salsa tasted a bit canned, serving of fruit consisted of a slice of orange and a quarter slice of pineapple. It was a bit cold this morning so the potatoes weren't hot when I got them. Despite the negatives it was overall a pleasure able experience. Oh yes, make reservations! If the weather is nice it books up at least the day before so plan ahead.
