A beautiful ambiance, delicious coffee and chai lattes!

I love this place! From the atmosphere inside to the incredible staff, this is my favorite coffee shop in Tucson. As someone who’s tried most coffee shops in town, it’s hard to find one that plays music at a normal volume, isn’t too dark inside, doesn’t get too crowded, and so on. Mario is extremely personable behind the counter, and also is an expert at getting you the best cup of what you want, while also educating you on what it is and where it’s from. Overall, can’t say enough good things about Savaya on Broadway!

I just loved the coffee here. I had a Columbian French press black coffee. It had an amazing flavour. I paired it with the prepackaged salted caramel cookie. I think they don't have freshly baked stuff right now due to covid. The place is beautiful too. Old wooden furniture and hand painted walls. There's a mural on the wall that I loved. It's a woman standing in a storage unit with coffee. The washroom door is cleverly morphed into the mural so I had to pay attention to look for it. The thermostat is a truck, and the plug board is a barrel. The guy who made me my coffee was patient and seemed to love what he was doing. He explained to me with great interest the kinds of coffee origins they had that day and how each one of them tasted. This helped me choose what I wanted. I've never seen a more passionate person behind the counter at a coffee place. Really nice place to visit.

Popped into Savaya (noted as of the best roasters in the city) to grab a bag of beans while traveling thru Tucson. Purchased a Guatemala varietal roasted on 12/8. Brewed this morning; the coffee only had a burnt flavor to it rather than the peach tasting notes described.

I use to love this shop. Recently, like in the past few months, things have changed. Prices have gone up and staff has left. They had several amazing young ladies that worked here. They were very personable. The staff lately has not be very welcoming and the coffee over all has tasted a bit weird. I’m not sure if staff has left because of covid, or because of something else but this place is not the same.

A real gem. A local coffeehouse that roasts their own. Unique flavor profile and genuine passion. They also have the best Turkish coffee (from scratch not a mix) you can’t get anywhere else in the region.

I visit this place regularly because the product is good and it's a nice place to study, however they recently raised all of their prices and it's a little ridiculous. Four dollars is way too much for a standard drip coffee without even a refill included. There are better local shops close in this area when considering the price hike.

Best coffee you can find in Tucson, it is usually quiet and not too crowded during the week. Even after office hours. Prices range from very inexpensive to fair depending on what you get (still cheaper than coffee chains around the area). The few food items that you can get are really good and they usually have a nice selection of sweets to complement your tea or coffee preference.

Pros: Big selection of Teas
Great Coffee Quality
Good prices

Cons: Service can be a bit slow if it is crowded but this rarely happens

Great local business with organic coffee and a widely varied selection of beans from around the world. They're brewing something different every day, so it's always exciting to pop in and see what delicious selection I get to choose from! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming.

My wife and I spent some time at Savaya for the first time, and it was a great experience. Mario tended to us so gracefully and shared with us the nuances of the different types of coffees. We sat down for a press of Kona coffee. It was very good. The patrons were also friendly and made for a positive and relaxed vibe. We will definitely return for another cup soon.
