Everything from the pastries to the lunch specials taste great, the best tasting coffee in downtown Tucson and honestly my personal favorite in the city. Allison goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and has one of the most genuine care for customer service I have ever seen, will definitely be back and always recommend Ikes 👍

I wasn’t expecting much, you know just a normal cafe type food, but was totally blown away. I got a cookie, blended coffee and veggie sandwich. The true star was the sandwich, although the other items were good too.
THE VEGGIE SANDWICH - holy moly, buckle up for the most refreshing, satisfying, crunchy yet soft, and creamy experience in a sandwich.
-The bread: I wish I could eat with every meal. It was so so soft and delicious, yet held the sandwich together just fine. Incredibly fresh, like it must have been made this morning.
-The veggies: super fresh and flavorful. Hummus, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach or something, and other stuff probably, I can’t remember. Maybe there was a slice of cheese in there. Truly, I cannot overstate how fresh and perfectly balanced everything was. Not messy, but the perfect amount of avocado and hummus to where it held everything together, was taste-able and didn’t leave you wanting. The full sandwich hit the spot for a very filling lunch.

I would have taken a picture, but I couldn’t put it down. I will definitely be back here to try their other sandwiches.. or maybe just keep ordering this one, because WOW.

Received the wrong order. Asked for hot not ice. Latte also tasted like water. Terrible. Service was sub par. Would never return here.

The service here is so friendly. They remember my regular order (the prickly pear iced tea) and have made suggestions for other items. Their mocha cappuccino is incredible!!

Be ready to wait more than 30 min for just a sandwich. I am an Uber driver and had to pick up 2 sandwiches from this place. They were not ready by the time I arrived, which is ok since t was lunch time. I waited, went across the street to the library to used the restroom, cane back and waited more. When I asked Amia the rude girl at the counter for an update she replied " There is nothing I can do, we are under staffed, plus you get paid to wait". Instead of taking ownership of the issue knowing she did not start making the sandwiches until I arrived to picked the. Up and knowing they were understaffed, she decided to be condescending. She continue saying " don't pick up from this place anymore" and when I asked her for her name to report her she said " u don't need to know my name". Once again young girl, is not about the issue, is about how u reacted to it. I hope u lear that if you are in the service industry, sometimes we have to take the punch when we don't deliver as expected.

Tea selection here is great, but I went with the English Breakfast anyways. It was good, but that's difficult to mess up. My friend had a white mocha, and he commented that it was a bit bitter. Service was fast and very friendly. Atmosphere was fairly quiet minus the music which was not obtrusive. Would definitely visit again if I was on the area.

Nice location with great potential unfortunately there is a few things that are not right, customer service was just plain… I wouldn’t mind to much about that if the food was good. Order the BMC chicken sandwich and it was bad, chicken was chewy and sandwich didn’t look nicely pressed the total opposite. Salad was saggy and not fresh at all. I was going to complain but didn’t even feel like they care.

Got an ice coffee and a blueberry muffin; the muffin was great, the coffee so-so.

Great little place, as we walked in we were greated immediately, and asked if we had any question to let the baristaknow. I ordered a caramel iced latte and my husband got the sugar skull which was the item of the month I think. My latte was amazing!!! Best coffee I had here in tucson for in a long time. Nice little sitting area been craving this coffee ever since Monday when we went. Highly recommend
