I came here for the first time on Saturday April 13 and decided to try this place out for myself. Great little coffee shop. I ordered the mocha latte hot and it was excellent, the espresso they used was really good. You can taste the quality of the beans as soon as you take the first sip.

Really good place, hoping it starts to pick up. They did just open, but I’m sure positive word of mouth will get them going. I’m going to start coming over here from now on for my coffee fix instead of going to Starbucks.

They’re in the little plaza between Ina and Thornydale close to the Bookman’s if you wanna want to find it.

One of the best chai tea lattes I've ever had! Great coffee shop for meetings and hangin four with friends. I went to their kids events where I received a free pastry with the purchase of a coffee or tea. My son thoroughly loved the blueberry scone and I thoroughly enjoyed my chai tea. Thanks so much!

What a little gem that I can't wait to visit again and again!

Very yummy and creamier than Starbucks latte's ! Yummm!!
And local pasties very reasonable prices and friendly service! Nice, clean atmosphere and cute games to play while hanging out! Also, good reading too- Books about Tucson! Local art for purchase too!
Really like this place!

This place is locally owned. Owner has been there every time I've gone. The Chai is to die for. He'll ask you if you want it sweet or spicy because he has two different kinds. Me being the pain in the a** I am asked for half and half and oh man is it tasty. He also has soy and almond milk for us lactose causes extreme pain people. I will be back! Also if you need some reasonably-priced local art, check out the west facing wall and support a local artist while supporting your local coffee shop.

Astounding.

I walked in to Crema Coffee this morning with low expectations, having in the past few months been traveling in California and had no luck with coffee shops. One of them even being their own roasting company. But it's okay, not everyone is on the ball all the time.
But not Crema Coffee, they were on the ball like nobody's business.
I ordered a shot of espresso and a cortado. The staff was more than happy to take my order and I was maybe a little too excited when I saw what coffee they were serving (Mexico, Chiapas San Carlos).
Not only do they get their coffee roasted locally by Exo Coffee they prepare a delicious espresso. It had a thick crema, very smooth and creamy, with a bit of a tartness like grapefruit. Very delicious.
I hope to be back very soon, thanks again to the amazing Barista's!!!

Cold Brew did not disappoint! Potent and smooth...just like I like it. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. My kids even picked up on the welcoming, relaxed vibe. We'll definitely be back!

Cold brew is the best in town!

Was very excited to try this coffee place ! I was highly disappointed when I went at 4:20pm and the door was locked but workers were inside and the hours posted on the door says they close at 5pm. Very frustrating when places close earlier then posted hours. Starbucks gets my money tonight again I guess.

My coworker suggested crema coffee to me because I’m a huge fan of macchiatos and this shop is right near my house. A few weeks later, I go to crema, I wait for my macchiato in their super comfy couches, and I receive my masterpiece of a drink. The cup it was served in allowed me to watch the beautiful swirls of the milk mixing with the espresso, the milk was delicious and sweet, it was the best macchiato I’ve ever had. The next day I brought my whole crew to experience it with me, and it was just as good as the day before. Aaron and Amy are so sweet, their shop is so welcoming, and their coffee is really amazing.

This place is a new favorite of mine, and I'll probably spend quite a bit of money here over the next few months, if not years.
The store:
The atmosphere was very relaxed and casual, and the store itself was clean. There wasn't much in the way of decoration, but that actually helps to make the place feel more warm and welcoming, like going over to a friend's house. The owner and his wife, who are the only current employees, are both rather nice people, and know what they're doing. It's also relatively quiet, so it's a nice place to be with a book, which can conveniently be purchased from the Bookmans three shops over.

The menu:
At the moment, they only have one type of coffee bean on hand, but they plan to expand into other beans soon. They offer the standard that is drip coffee and cold brew, as well as espresso and the related drinks of cafe americano, latte, and cappuccino, and when they get better beans for it, they have equipment for pour over coffee. They also have a small, but rather nice variety of teas on hand. The coffee is of high quality, as are other items on the menu. When I was there, I had what is probably the best cappuccino I've had in the last three years. What makes it even better is that if your drink is for there, they have stoneware and glassware cups for the hot and cold drinks respectively. The scones, which come from a local bakery, are delicious, especially the blueberry lemon.

What sets it apart?
For one, Crema's drinks are served without sugar in them, and have sugar, as well as simple syrup for cold drinks, on hand to mix in yourself to taste, that way you get just as much sweetener as you want. I don't care for sugar in my coffee, but having the option to do it myself, rather than request a number of portions of sugar like most other places do is a far superior choice, especially since they have simple syrup for cold drinks, meaning that you don't have to deal with those sugar crystals just sitting at the bottom of your drink. They also don't charge as much as their competitors, with most of their drinks costing 3.50, and extra espresso shots costing only a dollar extra, though ordering just an espresso costs 2.

The only thing I would want would be more options for coffee and, as they're working on that, nothing else comes to mind.
