I haven’t even stepped foot into their location yet and they are already getting five stars from me. Total wine recommended me to come check them out to see if they carried a bourbon that they cannot get. I reached out to Batch on FB messenger and got a respond almost instantly. They didn’t have my product on hand but they put in an order for me that is to arrive next day(which is when I needed it by). I am extremely happy and satisfied with their customer service and I highly recommend you all to check them out. If total wine doesn’t have what you want, Batch will do their best to hook you up!

Great place if you love whiskey, bourbon, and scotch. They have an amazing curated selection of popular gems, local spirits, and small batch from around the country. The owner understands whiskey well and even delivered a couple bottles and a hat for me during the coronavirus pandemic

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I asked for a mocktail since I was the driver and they made me a delicious soda and prickly pear syrup thing.

Fantastic selection of bourbons, scotches and whiskey! But even better are the grilled cheese sandwiches (the lobster one is divine!) and whatever magic is that tomato soup. Do NOT fail to get the soup! Its awesome for all and it and the sandwich go great with every whiskey option. The homemade donuts are pretty good too!
Watch for special events

Friendly, knowledgeable people and a fantastic selection of whiskey. They've also got a great house Old Fashioned, all the better during happy hour.

I wanted to love this place but was very disappointed. The bartender was not helpful picking out bottles to try and their menu gives zero information about their stock so you either have to Google each bottle or take a wild guess at what you might like. Really chill atmosphere but not great for exploring new whiskey.

Good atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Modest food menu with a nice variety. Donut selection is always good as is the Whiskey selection. It is priced on the high side, but you can get a good drink for around $8 and a sandwich for as little as $7. Great place for coffee and a donut in the morning and lunch downtown during the week.

Really nice Whisky bar with a huge selection across the whole price range. Also Donuts! Nice staff, friendly crowd, and last but not least a really bass heavy Taco-Techno-Tuesday once a month! Highly recommended for a chill night out.

Unfortunately Ryan was very rude! I use to like going to this place but it seems like this guy doesn't enjoy his job and it shows with his poor attitude. Replace him and you might have a better chance of retaining more business opposed to bad word of mouth due to his service. I support Mom and Pop restaurants but what I don't support is having an employee treat us unkind and feeling as if we didn't belong. I left this establishment I once bragged about very disappointed.
