King Coffee

Coffee and service were both excellent. Friendly barista and great indoor environment. I would love to see more outside appeal, but can also only control so much! Don't pass up for a local coffee.

This is an awesome downtown Tempe coffee shop. Great look and feel, good WiFi, local as can be. Solid coffee and tea and a great place to hang out or to get some work / studying done.
Highly recommended, for sure.

Coffee is really tasty, barista‘s are very good at foaming the milk. Prices are surprisingly low for specialty coffee. There is comfortable seating but it generally fills up pretty quickly.

I really enjoy the coffee from this place! Unfortunately the only draw back isn't from the place itself, but the lack of free parking. Other than that, the vibe and atmosphere is desirable.

I’ve been eyeballing this place since I moved in the area and finally decided to go! Very quick service and their coffee is delicious. It put me in a better mood right before I had to go to work!!!

Love their coffee so much I bought a hat! Definitely check this place out. There's a patio out front, and responsibly placed indoor seating to comply with social distancing recommendations.

King Coffee is one of the most quaint and cozy places close to the ASU Tempe Campus. Great strong coffee, and positive vibes!

Quaint little indie coffeeshop tucked away in Tempe. I ordered an Iced White Mocha and it was excellent, along with being a fair bit cheaper than Starbucks. The atmosphere was nice, too, great for writing or studying, and I loved that a local artist had some watercolors hung up. Cool touch. I will say though that the couches there are godawfully uncomfortable. I hovered over giving them a four star review for that, but the quality of the coffee pushed it to five.

They do an excellent pull of espresso, their drip is solid, and the service is friendly. It's a great place to get some studying done. They should fix the outlets on the walls in the Cubbies though :-)
