Poor guy working alone busted his butt getting orders done. Super nice! My latte and my friend’s chocolate strawberry smoothie were delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Chip the guy that was working was in a conversation with another customer and didn’t acknowledge that other people were waiting in line for orders. Also when asked how long will it take for a breakfast sandwich to make Chip was clueless and said ahhh 10 minutes. Chip made other people orders before making my order. Also Chip was occupied on his phone texting while working on the job. This was my first time here and last time.

Had not been for a long while but went inside to get some coffee to go and a smoothie. Both were good , pretty decently priced and employee was friendly. Place was clean and had a nice and quiet vibe but surprised how busy and kinda close people were in there without masks during COVID. Not comfy enough for me to dine in but if the others are okay with it, good for them.

Best coffee in scottsdale!!! Thanks for everythings. 🙏

Absolutely fantastic coffee! Prices are very reasonable. Especially for such good coffee. They have food options too. Again reasonably priced. I had a breakfast wrap, delicious. They make it right then and there for you from scratch. It's not premade. Nice lounge inside and out. Overall fantastic experience!

This used to be my favorite coffee place in Scottsdale. Lately it seems they are having a problem attracting and keeping good staff. I was in there yesterday and the guy behind the counter had zero communication skills. While pouring coffee he was about as disinterested as any public facing employee I'd ever seen. I haven't given up on them yet, however, I am getting close. The most dreadful loud music you've ever heard, however, a very good Cafe' Americano.

Follow up - I went back a few days later and there was a cheerful happy person behind the counter and the experience was more like what I remember from past visits. Now if I can find what when 'Mr. Effervescence' days off are I can avoid coming in for coffee on those days. Changed my review from 2 stars to 3.

3 strikes and your out! We encountered 'Mr.Effervescence' again behind the counter and I'm telling you, this guy has no business in a client facing role - what's worse, he is apparently the manager. Is it any wonder they have help wanted signs on the door as you walk in. Fooled me three times, I guess I'm not as bright as most folks. Not likely to return -too many other choices out there.

Edgy bleached hair worker was rude and insulting for no reason. Sat under the AC that was leaking and seemed like it has been for a while. Good Chai tea though.

Thai tea with soy, large please. While I enjoy playing chess! The other day some chick came up and did the Rubix Cube in seconds. Want a nice dink and hang with smart people, come here .

I remember the Coffee Plantation that used to be in the Biltmore. This location still has that same vibe. It was quiet, not a great deal of customers but the coffee was definitely tasty. I ordered a White Mocha and my fiance a Hazelnut latte. We were both satisfied. The staff is welcoming and the cafe is very clean.
