Coffee Plantation

First time here & it’s such a great place to hang out, enjoy a tasty bite to eat, or to get some work done. The staff is super friendly, it’s a calm & comfortable environment, and most importantly the coffee is AMAZING. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice environment, friendly staff, reasonably priced. My only complaint about this place is that the music is way too loud for a cafe environment. it’s pretty distracting. i can hear the music over my own headphones.

A little pricey but great spot if you want to 📚. Very species patio to. My batista was a bald head man about 35 to 40 years old.Totally not friendly at all but maybe he was having a bad day.If I'm gonna pay 7 dollars for a coffee blended coffee at least smile.

Got the breakfast wrap & an iced coffee and left bery satisfied! Impressed with the decor, customer service, food & overall ambience. Hot sauce rocked too :)

Good local coffee shop. Been here for years! Always find a friend or colleague hanging out. Enjoying a dirty chai on a hot day.

I work in the restaurant industry so I understand the harsh demands/expectations of food service and customers but this was my first time at this place and just not a place I will go back to due to the customer service. The cashier (person with Betty Boop tattoo) upcharged our order and didn't tell us that they could not make our asked-for drinks. We originally ordered two decaf coffees but then received americanos instead (which was a $5 difference). When I asked why we got americanos, she said that they don't have regular decaf coffee - totally understandable if we had been told that ahead of time, we would have just gone somewhere else. Instead, we have two drinks that we didn't order and an employee who seemed like she could care less about being there. I don't know if she was having a bad day or something but she should have been transparent at the beginning of this transaction!

A very average oatmeal raisin cookie. Overly sweet. Very short on raisins. A bit stale.

9/21 update: SO purchased a “homemade” ginger cookie for $5 but, neither of us could taste even a hint of ginger. It was basically a sugar cookie. If you’re going to charge $5/cookie ($65/dozen) the darn thing should have at least a hint it ginger…actually, it should taste like ginger! Time to find a new baker!

I’m from Seattle, wanted to try a coffee place not familiar with. Coffee and pastry was very good. However, the guy taking care of my order seemed a bit disinterested. Not much eye contact, kinda mumbled and just playing cool. That’s okay, it was early and he may have not had his coffee yet either. But when a pretty young gal dropped in, he really perked right up. I probably would have too but I was the old guy left unimpressed. I’ll try a different place next time. Good coffee though!

Not sure but whoever was the lady that was working at the counter was scanning credit cards... I tried to reach a manager but no luck....
For the safety of customers !!
It looked like she was scanning my card using 2 different machines
Please check this matter.

I canceled my credit card after this experience.
Other than that I love this coffee shop !!!

Excellent food and smoothies. The staff is very friendly and personable. The ambience is quite nice and I can see myself spending several hours here, whether by myself or with company. A great place to try If you're in the area.
