Black Rock Coffee Bar

So tried black rock coffee for the first time since moving here from Washington state.
I wasn't impressed with the service or my coffee, not saying their coffee is bad, but when I ordered my large iced vanilla latte they gave me what I consider a medium, but they did remake and gave me the right size which is the 32oz.
So I got my coffee and started drinking and there was no vanilla at all, then I discovered it has coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink!
I will give them another chance in the future!
Hope they can get it right next time!

Normally have an amazing experience. But this morning I found a long brown hair, a ton of coffee grounds and a green leaf in my coffee. Customer service is always good. So maybe it was a bad day but I poured my coffee out.

Honestly, I love Black Rock. I have nothing against this place at all. Service is always great, Coffee is always good, and is a great spot to hang out. But this morning I got extremely sick after drinking my coffee… think it may have been bad cream that was used. It was the only thing I had this morning so that was my only conclusion unfortunately. So sad cause I honestly love this place. I will be back eventually, just going to take a break from this place for a few

The coffee was excellent. Even though the line was long, I made it through pretty quickly. The only problem I have with this place is the employees asking for a tip. I’ve worked for tips & I work in the service industry. I find it highly unprofessional to put people on the spot for a tip. I have no problem with tipping if a service has been provided. I find it silly to ask for a tip when all you’re doing is handing a coffee over. Maybe the company should pay the employees more. I normally tip, but the one time I didn’t, the employee’s attitude towards me changed. Again, great coffee, I just wish they’d find a more professional way to allow customers to leave a tip.

Love Black Rock, they were crazy busy this morning, the line was slow. They have employees taking your order at your car to speed things up and add a personal touch. It looks like the inside is open now too, which is good. I usually go during the afternoon/ evening hours when it is less busy. Just know most mornings its going to be 20 minutes to get your coffee fix. The coffee is the smoothest and the best tasting IMO. They also have lots of sugar free and non-dairy options. The baked goods are also good.

Staff is always very friendly and so positive and cheerful! I enjoy getting my drinks here. My kids love the banana shakes, those are a must try. Also for the coffee lovers, the blackout is my absolute favorite. It's a hazelnut and mocha combo that I get blended with whip. YUM😋 and a major plus, you get free drinks everytime you collect points.

What an amazing crew. Very polite fun. Drinks are on point. I feel valued as a customer. Will highly recommend. Great experience ever time I come in.
