The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the coffee is excellent. Overall, it's a great place to grab a cup of coffee and relax during shopping.

The coffee was so tasty! And the tea was fresh brewed in front of us! Good conversation with friendly staff. Was in such a relaxing space.

The guy working there was having a bad day and was somewhat verbal about it and acted it too. Very rude, disgruntled.

Chase made me a wonderful iced americano, and this young fellow has a marvelous personality!

Great coffees and great service! Small place but great location to have a giant chess game, dog friendly area, fountain for kids to enjoy and don’t forget the great food to have in this picnic area.

I love this coffee shop. The people who work here are so friendly and the coffee is great! I send anyone who's looking for coffee over there. I wish the Biltmore would give them some shady/cool seating places though. It's too hot to have all the seating in the sun.

Not sure what's going with the coffee shop! I was there to get a cup coffee at 8am like i normally do. On 8-9-2022 they where closed!!!! Then i stopped by last night after work closed it had just closed 3pm I'm a regular there and have always enjoyed the service i get there from the girls that have been working there lately. Now I'm hearing from other people that work in the mall that everyone quit!? Why? Guess if it's that bad that they all quit ill take my service else where!

Nice little spot in the Biltmore. More expensive than the average place due to the location but everything is really good!
