Staff always friendly and great service even at early opening hours. We like the breakfast sandwiches. My wife loves the Dirty Chai....

This cafe will be your new model for "local neighborhood coffee shop". I love Copper Star purely for the location, the staff, and people who call it home. The front porch seems to always have pups waiting for pets and treats. The converted gas station is a great environment for work, a visit with friends, or to watch the great staff in back baking their homemade goodies. I reason I didn't give them 5 stars is for their drip coffee, which I think is a solid but doesn't knock my socks off. Then again, you'll always see me with one of their cups drinking the coffee out front with my pup.

It has a strong chai odor the moment you walk in. I personally love it. It wasn't very busy but have heard it is gets crazy busy in there when school is in session. The drinks were pretty good, fair prices.

I live down the street and have liked this place a lot but the staff has become really standoffish. The past 4-5 times I’ve been there the girls who took my order just seemed in a bad mood and I always thank people when they give me my order and they don’t even respond and just walk away. I understand people have bad days but nearly 5 times and the same attitude each time just seems like it’s their regular attitude. A side note is I never order from the baked goods behind the glass as each time I’ve been there is a fly or two flying around in it. The coffee is good though and the food is good

Excellent vibe and super great prices. Good art and music and the staff (and customers) are really friendly. Also some solid outdoor seating and misters setup, very treesy.
Only major complaint, there's a good number of flies buzzing around, especially by the garage door. Might just be because of the heat right now, but it makes it tough to be productive in here. Copper if you see this, invest in some fly traps and I'll edit for 5 stars.
Overall, cool spot, very affordable, come check it out :)

The best lattes in the whole Valley, and one of the most inclusive spots as well. Now if only they would stay open in the evenings again I'd say they were perfect.
