Pinon Café

My fiance and I stopped in for lunch. We hadn't been here in some time and wanted to relax somewhere casual. She had the chicken fried steak which was very good, and I had the Mogollon Monster breakfast burger which was delicious! I was not a huge fan of the chili cheese fries however. The strawberry rhubarb pie was great too.

Gone here many times to eat. Food is usually good. Not this time. Even though they gave me a discount on my food. Didnt make up for the poor quality of food. Maybe it was an off day for them.

Prices went up alot since last year and the quality of the food didn't go up. If prices drop a bit I will continue to go there. Because the atmosphere is charming, still rustic and good views of Pinetop and people are friendly

We go through Payson frequently but have never found a good place to eat. Decided to try this place and really enjoyed it. It may be out go to place going forward. Food was really good and stand is friendly and service oriented. Looking forward to our next visit!

Everytime we pass through Payson to fish, we always stop at the Pinon Cafe. Great food and the service is excellent. It's been our "go to" place for the past 8 years.

I wish the hash browns were cooked a little bit more. Otherwise plenty of food and good I had the Denver omelette.

Best meat lover's omlette I've had in a loooooong time! Crispy underneath and a perfect ratio of meat to cheese, I almost inhaled it before grabbing a picture. Heads up, the salsa rocks but can be a bit spicy, sample at your own discretion

It's a very cowboy style restaurant, food is good, they have options for all family, sandwich, hamburger, meet, eggs, and no alcohol drinks. The only bad thing it's the wait time to take the order, I visited this place on a Sunday, maybe was that. They accept card and have parking space.

Really wanted to like this place. Asked for a medium burger, came back black. Fries were bland. I'm not allowed to pick the restaurants anymore with my buddies.
