Set In the historic Coronado district you will find Duza's Kitchen. Best Breakfast in town. Mensur also makes fantastic luncheons using fresh and local products. No surprise he received several awards. Friendly and helpful staff made our visit perfect

This café was a rare find. We were in the area after a doctor appointment and looking for something breakfast-y. I liked the reviews and pictures of this café so we decided to try it. When we pulled up, I freely admit, I had my reservations. We went inside and were delighted.
You could see where the chef was preparing food which is always a boon in my book. I spoke with him later, and he really knew his stuff. The food itself was artfully presented and tasted delicious. The staff was kind and attentive.
I was most impressed by the chef. He was an excellent example of how looks can be deceiving because I never would have taken him to be of such a high caliber. (This is, of course, my shortcoming. I should be less judgemental.). I do hope he sees this review. I would encourage him to compete in cooking competitions because I think he is that good. It was a pleasure to have eaten at this café.

This is one of my new favorites in Payson! Presentation and quality are excellent, our waiter was very accommodating and hospitable. I love the quaint little restroom. I will be recommending this place highly!

Creative, flavorful, and filling makes this one of the best breakfast places to date. I highly recommend their life changing "Arepa" dish, an amazing medley of spices and well executed South American flavors (marinated giant beans, fresh chorizo, special baked corn arepa, fresh sour cream, and spicy sausage).
I'd write more to describe it, but you must taste it to understand. Despite what other said, for the quality the dishes are affordable and well priced.
Their drip coffee had a classic yet quality fresh roasted flavor. Potatoes are great breakfast additions as well.

This is a great little spot to eat.
I have done Keto for a few years so the 4 egg 3 meat omlette was a welcome sight.

First time at Duza's and by far one of the best places I've been to. At first the price seemed high but when you see the portions and taste the quality the price point is right on target. Has several gluten free and vegetarian options for entrees and desserts.
Clean bathroom, excellent service for Friday breakfast, although it was just me and another party.
Beverage: the drip coffee was superb.
Entree: I had the Arepas and it was pleasing to the sight and to the palette. I'm usually a fast eater but when this bouquet of flavors hits your mouth it forces you to slow down and enjoy!
Dessert: Bread pudding, savory great portion for a great price!
Also ordered: Gluten free Crispy Potato Bowl that my wife thoroughly enjoyed (it's a blend of roasted fresh veggies like asparagus and sweet potatoes and white/red potatoes with various seasonings and made to order eggs) and individually wrapped certified gluten free mini coffee cake, the wife says is pretty good!
Thought it was pretty cool a 10% temporary discount was offered because of my Anytime Fitness membership.

What a great place for food and ambience. Elevated dining in Payson, what a treat. Chef Mensur prepares world-class cuisine that you'll want to come back for more.

Have been lucky enough to have been enjoying Chefs cooking and his wife company for years, every since down in Phoenix. Best food in AZ. Willing to make the drive to Payson just to go to Duzas. As a matter of fact I think I'll be there this weekend.

Great little place. The food was awesome, service was wonderful. The staff even told us about a little park down the road. Fur babies are welcome on the front patio.

Best breakfast I've ever had hands down!
