They’re coffee is great, but no one maintains the property. You can’t even see their business sign the landscaping is so over grown and so much trash on only your corner. At the intersection the other 3 business corners look nice, clean and the landscaping is maintained. Come on black rock help clean up the neighborhood. You will receive a 5 star review once you clean up the landscaping and trash.

I LOVE the peeps at this location. Their youthful energy keeps ME young. They are always enjoyable to visit and speak with.

Rudest service from one girl in particular. Guess everyone has their days, but this was awful. Cold brew tasted bitter to the point of undrinkable. Won't be back here. The rest of the crew was pleasant, but I was borderline insulted by this one employee.

This location is terrible! Customer service & hospitality is nonexistent. Whom ever owns this stand needs to hire individuals who have better customer service experience.

I actually used to ride my motorcycle to Dutch Bros. nearly every morning, stay from 05:30 to around 07:30, then ride all over AZ, letting my bike take me where it wanted. I was lucky enough to start several close friendships that are still ongoing, 4-5 years later, and even met my last girlfriend there who ended up moving in with me. I then happened into Black Rock one day while shopping at the Lowes in the same parking lot. Their coffee is so much closer to the darker, bolder type roasts that I enjoy and have not been back to Dutch Bros since! My favorite specialty there is the "Mexican Mocha". I always get a small, iced, but with either 2 or 4 extra espresso shots added to the 2 that come with the small, depending upon my caffeine needs for the particular day! And the folks that work there are very friendly, every bit as much as Dutch Bros staff. And like I mentioned, I have some good friends from Dutch Bros, including staff. One more positive check mark for Black Rock; their drive thru moves infinitely faster than Dutch Bros drive thru! I don't know what the issue is, but for every vehicle that is served in Dutch Bros drive thru, I'd say approximately 3-5 vehicles are served in Black Rock's drive thru in the same amount of time. I've never seen more than 9-10 vehicles in Black Rock's line at their busiest. However, I've seen 20 to as many as 30 vehicles in line at Dutch Bros! And it has nothing to do with popularity, and everything to do with speed of service. I happened to try one of their food items a few weeks ago, a chocolate chip cookie, and it was excellent! I would assume that the other pastries are just as delicious.
Just had to mention this; To Tim who's review appears a ways past mine, if you've never been in an establishment, how could you ever write an honest, comprehensive review about it? Further more, one should not rate (with stars, etc.)any establishment that one has never even stepped foot inside of, especially when one hasn't yet sampled anything that they offer. My apologies if readers feel I've wasted a moment of their time with this. It's just something that sticks in my craw, & if my observation causes someone to think twice before writing a review of an establishment they know nothing about, then perhaps I've helped in a small way.

I want to see way more locations!! FANTASTIC coffee and SERVICE!!! This was my first experience here, the coffee was amazing, ambiance was great and comfy! Definitely make this a stop!!

Pleasant environment and great staff! Their drinks are delicious and they have a decent variety of coffee, espresso drinks, and non-coffee options as well.
Their Fuel drink has a metric ton of options for flavorings, and so far my favorite is peach/raspberry. Decent selection of pastries as well, though I've only had their gluten free bagel. It's okay for a gluten free item.
I'd definitely suggest stopping here and maybe even taking some some coffee beans of your own!

I have been coming here since location opened, today I was told that they couldn't throw away an old cup of Blackrock coffee that was in my car when im literally buying a new one. There was no room in my cup holders for the drinks i just bought, I will never again be back. This place is a joke
