Dutch Bros Coffee

I've been missing Dutch Bros since we moved from Oregon. So happy to have one so close by now!

Great coffee but they also have teas, smoothies and lemonade. They can make basically anything you want. Check out their "secret" menu online.

4 out of 5 stars because they look rather unorganized in there and wait times are long. Hopefully all that improves as they get more established.

First time I've been at Dutch Bros and the blended drink that I ordered was very good. Unfortunately, I cannot give a 5 star review due to the actual ordering process. Strange that they come out to the car to take your order. Also strange that they mention giving a tip while they're standing there. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I ended up providing a larger tip than I normally would. Before I could reach the pick up window, my drink was already made for me and brought to me in my car. There were two cars in front of me at the drive through window and not alot of space to drive around them to exit. As I drove past (barely), I noticed that the staff were socializing with the occupants in the car, with seemingly no consideration for the inconvenience that this creates for other customers exiting. Not sure if I'll be returning....

I frequent the location, as the selection of coffee is good, as is the convenience. However, this may change because of a single reason. I always order a flavored brave coffee with "whip", short for whipped cream on top. First time I ordered it, I got the whip. At least 6 times after, I make my breve order with whip and they forget the whip every. single. time. Once or twice. ok. But every time? Disappointing. The Starbucks across the street has never made that mistake with my orders.

Awesome staff! Everyone's in a happy mood and very helpful. Jazzy took our order at the drive they, such a friendly sweet girl. Coffee is delicious. Definitely comi ng back😊

Awesome people, great drinks. They suggested ones when we asked about others and now we have a few new favorites.. update just went in again and they sang Happy Birthday to my daughter gave her a free birthday drink like I said awesome people here

Love this place. I always had gotten my hot chai tea latte elsewhere until they opened. The best I have ever had anywhere & I’ve tried a lot of places in different cities. It is so creamy and full of flavor. The staff also could not be any nicer.

One word WOW! Incredible friendly service, always impressed by all the employees. I always leave wondering how they were so lucky in finding such wonderful people to hire. This is at every location I visit. Great job!

Personal shoutout to Ariana! She’s the sweet person. I was just visiting green valley and decided to go to Dutch. Usually in Phoenix the line is out to the street, I got in and out within 5 minutes! When I pulled up ARIANA came to take my order. She complemented my shirt and we started having a pleasant conversation! It was so fun and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for being so kind, girly! 💛

Good coffee but inconsistent and pretty expensive. Often slow, especially if there are 4 or 5 cars. Now that I think about it, it's not all that great.
