Wicked AZ Coffee - Downtown

The service is always something to look forward to. They remember you and your drink of choice. This is my favorite coffee. I always order a ice chai tea latte with soy, no cinnamon, and dirty!

I have been reliably going to this Location for the past few months since it is convenient and the coffee is usually good. I have outright avoided the east side location due to the girls not wearing masks. Up until this point, the girls downtown were generally good about wearing masks except for the occasional slip. Today there were two girls one without a mask at all, and the girl making my drink had a mask on at first and then took it off to speak to the other girl while she was still making my drink. Businesses should be taking the highest precautions in regard to covid and I am disappointed that the workers don’t care about proper mask wearing which makes me question their other practices. I will not be attending any Wicked in the near future, unfortunately I trust bigger corporations to be following best practices.

Omg! Best dirty Chai I've ever had. Get it with cinnamon if you order one

The coffee is average, not great, but two stars because of LEAKY CUPS: the lid does not fit properly on the Large cups, even when properly snapped the coffee kept leaking out the sides of the cup and it MADE A HUGE MESS of spilled coffee all over the center console!!! when I lifted the cup to save the console, more coffee spilled out the sides of the lid onto the seats. The lid was properly ON, but NOT APT to hold liquid at all. This is a drive-through only place, you'd think making sure cups dont leak would be a priority.

Wasn't thrilled with my coffee. Usually they do great work, but today just didn't make it. I will try again at a different date. I like the quick drive up service with a smile.

Friendly barista. Good coffee, however it was not hot. It was barely warm, I don't know why....

Best coffee in town. Excellent service with a smile. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Only thing I don't like is the driveway.

Allyson is awesome, me and my coworker drive from Prescott for work and wait to get coffee just because she knows what our usual is. The only place we stop at in Flagstaff .give her a raise she's awesome!

Got a hot chocolate and boy was it sure sooo good! Loved every drink!
