The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

My name's Stephen. There's a young lady who works here that I reckon has greatly contributed to the thriving of this location. She is an anomaly. She is perhaps the paramount of customer service. No no, poor phrasing on my part. "Customer service" makes me think annoying phone calls no one wants to deal with. She will, by my observation thus far, call you by name, ask about your personal life, be kind, considerate, humorous-- nothing short of a Dream, all while whipping you up your favorite beverage. She is comfy cozy, 100% an ongoing celebration of humanity: her own & others'. Never have I seen less complacency. I'm only left to wonder How. Thanks.

The best matcha latte I've ever purchased

I like the coffee bean. They have a wide variety of snacks, sweet things to eat and even lunch options. My experience with the staff is friendly and engaging. It's a relaxed environment with both open and private areas to sit down and enjoy slowing down for a bit in this fast paced culture we live in.

I was surprised they were open on Christmas. Its great they were though. My kids and I stopped in and got some coffee and hung out for a little otw to a get together. They let my kids open their presents while we had our coffee, which was very nice. I dont think many places appreciate that kind of thing... I did take my own trash, it's not their job to clean that up. The place was very clean and I really like the area of town where this store is located.

My wife is here everyday 1-3 times per day... for some reason she is addicted to this coffee shop lol.

I am a Starbucks fan my self and redbulls lol.

But the employees here are extremely nice and very good at what they do.

Really disappointed with the service I got here.. told the cashier it was my first time here and I might be a minute and she just said "ok." No suggestions, didn't offer to help, nothing. Then when I went to order I had questions and the girl at the counter acted very annoyed. Coffee also came out and was just ok. $5 for a medium, not that great coffee? no thanks. will visit starbucks or anywhere else. Will likely not return to a coffee bean.

I had to stop in this week because I heard they had a special menu based on the TV show "Friends." I ordered "The Chandler" which was a Caramel Coconut Latte. The drink was very tasty and made with non-fat milk. In their cooler, they had some prepackaged food so I grabbed a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito. The staff heats them up in the microwave for you. It wasn't bad for a microwaved burrito.

Nice & comfy. Employees were a delight. Drinks were yummy :)

Came here to order a carafe of coffee Togo for my grieving family. Was helped by Jen who went above and beyond with her customer service. You have no idea what a difference you made in such a difficult time. She is a rockstar that has made me a coffee bean customer for life.

Very good and strong espresso if you were looking for that. I also use that old school small ice that is hard to find these days but makes it just slightly better in a iced latte. Better then Starbucks in my opinion. Thanks
