The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I just ordered a tiramisu blended drink from this location at noon today. Service is outstanding and everyone was super friendly, kind, and helpful. I noticed the staff knew previous customers by name and knew their favorite orders. The drink was completed quickly and the drinks tasted amazing. I wish every store was run like coffee bean and tea leaf. It may be more expensive to go to a coffee shop but it’s worth it because of the overall quality and service. I will definitely return

I love this place but be very careful in the parking lot, there’s a Chick-Fil-A next door and those swamp-donkey-Karens just waited way too long in line for their feeding & will run you the f#%k over just to save 13 seconds to plow their beloved feast.

Great place. The drinks were AMAZING, however if you have celiacs it's probably a good idea not to get drinks made in a blender where glutenous items have been used. Getting glutened was my fault. But nonetheless, the drinks and atmosphere were great. Everything was clean and the employees who worked there were friendly

Delicious iced coffee for a better price. It is more on the sweeter side but you can modify that to your liking. I only ever buy for pick up and it’s always ready on time, everyone inside is super friendly.

I placed a mobile order so I could pick it up on my way to work today. I arrived after the time it said it was ready to go into the store. They acknowledged me, and asked who I was picking up for, but did not have my order ready. 20 minutes from placing my order, they still had not started on my order of one drink with no customizations. They made orders for the customers that had ordered in store, and another mobile order for someone not present, but not mine. I ended up having to leave empty-handed because I had to be at work. Very disappointing order management.

Stopped by for the first time today. The staff gave great recommendations based on my tastes/interest. They were friendly and polite. My Mocha blended drink was amazing!

Delicious. I love the puréed chocolate pie, aka Simply Chocolate. I'm not a coffee drinker, but their not-so-coffee drinks are delicious, as well! I come here for a treat every once in awhile. The staff is super friendly!

This is my "go to" coffee shop! I drive 20 minutes to get there. Wish there were a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location in Gilbert, AZ, though.

Still the same great service! Social distancing and masking requirements are adhered to. People who come here respect each other and the need for additional health and safety protocols so they can enjoy their beverages. It's a great place.

I've always been a Starbucks person and have been reluctant to try new coffee places but recently Starbucks has been "forgetting" to put soy milk into my coffee and my lactose intolerance is not too happy with that. I tried this coffee once and have been hooked. The coffee is good and doesn't have a burnt flavor to it (and soy milk is not forgotten). I highly recommend this place for a good cup of coffee.
