Black Rock Coffee Bar

Really enjoyed this spot. I had the latte, which was solid, not amazing. I went for the workspace though, and this joint really excels in that area. There's a large table and a window bar that are both perfect for working. On the other side of the place there's more traditional tables in case you just want to relax with a friend. One big issue for me (and almost left 4 stars instead bc of this) was how uncomfortable the chairs were. Completely flat and hard. I'd still recommend it though.

It's my first time here & we were extremely disappointed.

The staff was courteous BUT they were EXTREMELY DISTRACTED to the point of being incompetent.

The lid to 2 of our drinks was not on properly & it spilled & stained our tops.

The 3rd drink did not have the flavor we ordered 😒

During my visit here in Arizona, this place has been one of the best finds. Spacious and comfortable, easy to spend long time to hang out.

I've only ever used the drive-thru, but I've had excellent service and great beverages here. So far, they've not gotten any of my orders wrong. Reasonably priced. Pretty generous rewards program, too. Drive-thru can be pretty busy in the AM but gets better a bit later. I'd recommend this place.

This place has the friendliest employees. Customer service is not dead here at this place. I love the fact that they talk to you and ask how your day is going and what are the plan s for the rest of the day. This is awesome! The best thing about this is that this is a younger generation. Thanks very hard to find these days. Keep it up BR you guys are setting the standards and example for up coming businesses.

Coffee was good, service was lacking during busy hours. Baristas ignored me for 4 full minutes without even a smile of acknowledgement or a "we'll be right with you". I was the only one at the counter.

I'm hoping to return and give this place another shot. I've heard great things from friends.

Great coffee. Lots of options for sugarfree flavors. Customer service was fantastic. Atmosphere was great with cute decor. It is pricey but no more than the other guys.

Much better than most coffee! Their coffee has a great taste. Up there with Dutch, Dunkin and other good coffee. With these guys in the marketplace, I'm not sure why Starbucks is even in business! Starbucks coffee tastes so bad.... Choose BRC over SB ANY DAY... Heck... I'd rather drink dirt than SB coffee!
