Black Rock Coffee Bar

Asked for a cold brew with a little bit of milk. Got a cold brew that basically tasted like watery milk. No actual coffee taste is apparent. Not worth coming.

Black Rock has got to be one of the (if not THE) best coffee place in Arizona! The atmosphere is super cool, baristas are extremely friendly, and the coffee is SO GOOD. I like the Irish Creme and Caramel Blondie, either hot or iced. They also have super cute apparel for both men and women. Love it!!!

It is always very clean and there is plenty of seating. Staff is friendly and efficient.

We like the coffee so much here that we have started buying it by the bag. Good choices for regular and sugar free. Very cool staff, always friendly. Super modern design and good tunes playing when I'm there. Love this place.

Nice enough staff, similar to Dutch Bros. I got the dark roast coffee in the morning and not impressed. I find a lot of these little hipster coffee shops have coffee that only taste good with a ton of sugar added. I'll try the medium roast next time and I will update this review if it's any good. All in all, I felt like Black Rock Coffee Bar is trying to launch a super franchise. Inoffensive but not really impressive either.

This was my first time visiting. The drink was good and the service was fast. It wasn't super sweet like most starbucks drinks can be, I could actually taste coffee. My only downfall for not giving 5 stars is that they are extremely chatty in the morning, and I just kinda want my coffee, but if you like a good chat first thing then it's not so bad.

If you want to really wake up this place has delicious coffee options for you.

My family and I are big fans of Black Rock! Not my first choice for classy espresso drinks, but their flavored breves and energy drinks are always a hit

Every time I have been to this location, I have a pleasant experience. The coffee has a great flavor and when I customize mine, they have yet to get it wrong. It is usually quick, even with a long line, whether inside or in the drive-thru. They baristas (is that what they are called here?) are friendly, always with a smile on their face, and have been helpful in helping me try new flavors.

Love their coffee! Was a Starbucks gold card member for years and once I tried Black Rock I said, "Starbucks, who?" Seriously it is so smooth and not acidic like Starbucks. Their staff is always so nice as well. I drive quite a way to get it, but it is so worth it. Hope they continue to grow!
