Agave Grill

Nice surprise. This is a relatively new restuarant in Ajo right on the turn as you are headed to Mexico on highway 85 through town. Open since Aug.2018. Best burger I have had in a long time. Each burger hand formed and cooked to perfection. I had the Power Outage burger which had habanero relish and jalapenos cheese and bacon. I like spicey food and this was great. Others had cheese burger and fries and onion rings. Full bar. Great staff (Eric owner and Wanda Lei server). We'll be back.

This is The Blue Cheese Burger. They have great food. Service was warm, friendly and for a Thursday night the service was great! The burger was delicious!!!

It’s my go-to place to eat in Ajo. The food is always fresh and they are extremely accommodating to those of us trying to cut carbs!! Mushroom Swiss burger (no bun) and a nice fresh side salad served in a cold bowl! What a difference that makes! Thanks Agave. Always good food! -Joyce M

Friday night dinner started out right with a visit to Agave Grill and a margarita. They had a nice selection on their menur and friendly service. We had a mushroom Swiss burger (added bacon!) And onion rings. The batter tasted like good old beer batter. Yummy! He ordered a Foreman's loaded baked potato with brisket. Very good. I'm so glad we saved room for dessert. Chocolate cherry cheesecake and carrot cake. We can now walk back and work off the calories. Try this place if you're in Ajo. You'll be happy you did.

Very busy home town restaurant that could use 2 waitresses on the holidays and weekends. Fun either way the one they have has a great sense of humor.

I have never had a bad experience here. The menu has a great selection and Wanda is always amazing.

Nice out of the way place to stop after a day at Organ Pipe National Monument. Great burgers and Margaritas.

Was in town and wanted to try a local spot. Great food and the owner server was awesome even though she was slammed with customers.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and a margarita. Both were really good. Friendly atmosphere along with good service makes for an enjoyable meal. They have a good number of regulars. The menu had a good selection of appetizers, burget/sandwiches, and main entrées. If you're a vegetarian, they have that covered as well.
