Couldn't ask for a better experience. The owner told us about the history of the pictures on the wall and great stories. She is so friendly and the coffee is soooo good. Will come back when we are in town.

Quaint coffee shop where the locals gather for coffee at any time of the day
Awesome selection of specialty coffees and other beverages...
They carry their own brand of chocolate which is delicious. The bakery section has a wide variety of tests like almond croissants, blueberry Danish and other delicious sweet treats. The other choices include cold beverages and other savory treats as well.
What a treat this was to start the day of exploring beautiful Sitka by the Sea.

This might be the only coffee shop in Sitka, but it's great. The food is good and most of their items are either locally or home made. A definite must visit for a visitor. Nice chill decor about the local industry and lots of choices. The staff could be friendlier but that's to be expected at times when there are a lot of tourists in the area. Only real downside might be the 90 minute wifi limit, but you can hardly blame them. The roast their own coffee beans and it makes for a nice cup of coffee.

Great place for a high quality coffee! Lot of choices and Melissa -the owner is super sweet and friendly. We will come back and if you are in town it’s a MUST to visit! Let’s support local businesses!

I may be biased because it reminds me of Highland Coffees in Baton Rouge, but I loved it and you can tell that so do the locals. Come early — like we did — because it fills up fast!

Great coffee and food. Employees helpful and nice. The business is for sale as the owner wants to retire. Great business if interested need to check them out

I had a great Lattae. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy their goodies while doing a little internet surffing .

Highliner is a pretty cool coffee shop. It is located right next to Sitka's fire department. It was busy when I went (9am-ish) but it wasn't overwhelming. The atmosphere inside was that of a typical coffee shop. The coffee was outstanding and so was their food! If you're hungry, get their breakfast burrito!!! You'll be good for the day! Their carmelitas are super delicious as well. Prices were reasonable.

Went there again in May 2018 and it was still awesome! Great breakfast food!

I enjoyed good coffee and rolls. The pictures of boats and fishermen is so typical of this southeast town.

All food is made fresh and there are many hot drink options, plus the atmosphere is great!
