What a beautiful peaceful find to enjoy the bay in tranquility. It’s a bit of a rough road to arrive but I’m glad I fared it. The food tasted immaculately authentic and I’ve never had a purple latte before. A unique fusion spot and you can’t go wrong with homemade, heartfelt food.

Crazy delicious Cemita (Cajun pulled pork sandwich) & Halle makes some great speciality coffees🤤 Service is great & they welcome dogs and give them pup cups:) And they do catering events! And I can’t forget to mention the views😍

Lori always has something delicious she has created! One of the rare places for healthier bites in the Seward area and an even more rare gem since they open early for food and coffee! You are also not going to be able to beat the view from this little coffee cabin!!! Bring your pup, she will probably remember their name before yours 🐶

Went in the winter just past breakfast, it was hard to spot but it’s at the Miller landing building where the sign also says office. A nice big room that’s kind of nautical seaside themed. Indie music playing over the speakers. The best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in quite some time!!!! The coffee was good. Friendly faces. Yum!

Amazing breakfast, and an unbeatable spot to hang out! We had the hash and the bacon jam toast. Both unique and delicious. My Americano was also great. Sat on the sunny porch looking at the mountains, water, and the tour groups leaving for the day. It was such a pleasant experience my folks visiting from VA forgot how long their plane ride was and are already making plans to come back for another breakfast :)

Our family recently spent 3 days in Seward, AK and discovered Bar Rio just after arriving. We loved their unique and delicious food so much that we went back to eat their every single morning. They have a fresh, creative and absolutely scrumptious breakfast menu! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and engaging. The space itself is lovely, with an option to eat inside or outside under a porch right where the ocean meets the mountains. If you are anywhere near Seward, it is well worth your time to take the trip out to Lowell Point to experience this gem of a place. Bravo Bar Rio!

BARRIO - an excellent place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks, ... and their premium coffee our course! One of the prettiest places, right on an Alaska beach!

Millers Landing is the name of the general area and Barrio is right at the point of Lowell Point. Check them out and there are lots of options to stay in cabins or camp ... but you might want to reserve early ... the accommodations go fast fast fast.

Best breakfast in Seward. Chorizo hash with hand made spicy crema, pickled onions & guac at a covered picnic table overlooking sunrise on Resurrection Bay. Skip the downtown chachni & relax our here with food made with love.

Wonderful. Had the best dirty chai of my life, I wish I would've written down the chai they use because I would love to make it at home!!
