Amazing! What wonderful customer service and delicious food and coffee. I got the Kona Mocha light on the sugar and it was perfect. I also had the Avacado Smash Bagel. Delish! Rianna was very helpful and we were very happy that she was here for our first visit. My dad said it's better than his usual Starbucks! Say what?!

Cool coffee shop in Ketchikan, Alaska. Solid hangout and work spaces. Kaila was really welcoming and created some great brew!

Great atmosphere and employees. The cafe's free wifi does log you in and out every ten minutes, which is super frustrating, but it's free so no room to complain.

I really e joy going to this place, I do not know who is usually there to make my drink. She makes it a specific way. I went in today and a different girl was working, I don't know her name she had short hair but so does the other barista who I absolutely adore. It wasn't very busy there was no line. First off, I ordered a red bull Italian soda and she put in Italian soda, as I tried to explain to her how my usual barista makes my red bull Italian soda, she responded with "I know how to make an Italian soda." Very rude, I will not be visiting the establishment again while she is working. I've been going in ever weekday for a couple weeks now. I was nearly in tears when I walked out. Please, whoever owns this place, this young lady needs to learn manners. My drink is made in a specific way and she wouldn't even allow me to tell her how I wanted it. 9/30/2022 11:12 am is when I went in.

While it's fun going to community meet ups here, outside of that the chick that works mornings isn't very friendly or welcoming... definitely not going out of my way to spend money here anymore. I'd recommend b&d or local grounds if you want more friendly interaction to start your day.

Great coffee joint with the option to use the shared office space for conducting meetings and getting work done.
I enjoy the coffee and food offerings very much and their support for local events and the arts scene (with rotating gallery) is a huge plus.

I gave 4 stars, not because it's fine dining (it isn't), but rather because it is something Ketchikan has needed for a long time. It is a cozy place where you can sit, get on the wifi, order espresso, have a bite to eat, and relax.

Love the comfy chairs, the sour dough bread on the breakfast sandwich, and all the community advertisements on the bulletin board

Went to see this place .looking for morning coffee one place next to safe way was busy.Starbucks not open… place pl ROCKS… awesome sit in building. The girl. Awesome people skills.. .the place super clean and pleasant atmosphere… … I would definitely come back to this place when ever I’m in Ketchikan Alaska…
