Grounds for Hope espresso

Great place to stop for a coffee on the weekend. Kids loved playing in the playground while I drank my coffee. They have a couple of picnic tables to relax at. A couple of muffins brought in from Anchorage. But the burritos were made each morning locally and panni pressed when ordered. They were very good.

Perfect spot for a break. Grab a coffee and a bite, then check out the library gift shop and book sale!

Frankly, anything warm would have been worth our money coming off a cold wet trail - never expected to have THE BEST vegetable burrito ever made in the history of breakfast burritos. Packed full of a variety of veggies - broccoli, tomatoes, potato slices - panini pressed, hot and outrageously tasty.
We lucked out catching Sam just as she was closing, fresh from 5 days on the trail, soaked, hungry and cold and needing Motrin. She provided for all. Go here! Great food, better humans.

I don’t know where to start…The coffee is great, the dogs are gorgeous, and then Rose (also an ER nurse) helped wrap up my friend after she broke her wrist on the mud flats. These people are seriously awesome.

Coffe was delicious, owner was super sweet, and burritos are really, really good. Library, gift shop and book store right there too so you can have your coffee with a good book.

Great coffee shop! Very friendly owner who had everything we wanted! Can't wait to try her breakfast burrito in the morning! Her mochas were amazingly delicious!

Great coffee, quick service, and exactly whats needed after camping in the rain all the night. Had the americano and veggie breakfast burrito and liked it all so much that I went back the next morning.

Ordered a latte & hot cocoa. Very well made. Steamed milk was perfect! Must try!
