Needs new management! Manager is honest to God not smart enough to train someone on propane. Can we just get someone with a brain cell to help with this store? Five employees working and no one is trained. Management needs to step up bad! Please feel free to reach out I will be more than happy to train them.

store hours on Google says 24/7. I understand that covid kicked the hours back, I just wish they would update the Google hours. also I got there at 10:57 and the worker locked the door on me as I was walking up. idk what your policy is about the store locking up, but I thought all store wait till the clock actually says the time they close.

Unfortunately still the same bad management. They need to get someone in here who knows how to train their employees to do more than play on their phones.

The reason they have such bad reviews is because they have horrible management! Someone needs to just grow the balls and fire the manager! This place could be a benefit to the community instead of a burden.

Due to a technical glitch holiday will steal your money, and will take over a week to return it. Employees were rude, and customer service is severely limited. Save your money and time by going anywhere else.

My favorite gas station in Fairbanks. Never had any trouble with the fuel from here and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I spend around $1500 a month here and I will not get fuel anywhere else, unless it is an emergency. They have a good selection of food and other items. I use the rewards program and save money on my gas and get free food and drinks as well. The Coffey is always great with lots to choose from. The donuts are fresh and taste good!

I'm from Anchorage were all the holiday gas stations cater to the RV crowd, even in Wasilla AK cater to the RV dump & water
But this Holiday GS does not like RV'rs no dump station & she will look u in the and lie to your face when u ask if u can get water. She will tell u they don't have any, I pointed out the and faucet in back oh we don't have a key for that bad. The best part is they r across the street from a Walmart that likes RV'rs & hopefully won't get all that business.
You think Holiday corporate might want to ck that out.

Just watched a women training another women on propane. Neither had the proper safy gear on until the trainie put gloves and glasses on but the trainer never put any safety gear on and was handling the product. She (Trainer) also was on her phone during this time. Neither had safety vest on either.

Says open 24 hours and has been that way as long as I remember and now its closed at night when I get off work. No place on this side of town is open at all so what are people supposed to do if they use cash instead of credit cards and need gas!? Ridiculous

Said they couldn't fill propane tanks cause they couldn't get to their tank in all the snow. More like they just didn't want to shovel some snow and go outside 🙄
