This Barnes and Noble is very spacious and have a wonderful selection of popular and new release books. There is a great kids section and a fire place with comfortable seating so you can enjoy a book or magazine!

Last Thursday afternoon, store is pretty busy. NINE of us are in the checkout line, with ONE cashier, a very (!) gracious older white haired lady. She is being kind, helpful and courteous, but all-too-aware that we are all....waiting. beside her in a CLOSED till, a younger employee blissfully goes about her Very Important Work, completely ignoring the growing line-up. When my turn (finally) came up in the Cue, I asked why there were not more cashiers. The lady sighed and said she had in fact called for assistance MULTIPLE times but that she guessed everyone else was "too busy" to respond. In other words, she was helpless, and pretty much trapped on her own. Yeah? well shame on management if this is how "too busy" is handled (I am NOT blaming this cashier at all).
I understand the manager's name is Courtney. Who happened to be off that day, since I would have loved to have chatted to her about this.
Look: if you love book stores -and I do - you know this is a Dying World.
And that is a damn shame. But, man, to be treated with such utter INDIFFERENCE is galling. If the people WHO ARE ACTUALLY BUYING SOMETHING are not The Most Important part of this store's operation, then, well sadly, maybe it deserves to fail. Someone PLEASE step up there and support that great little white-haired lady - and just maybe, a Dying Book Store!! She canNOT run that place on her own!!

Workers always try to help me find whatever book I am searching for.
I have been told that I am too loud by other patrons when my phone started ringing. I had to remind them it was a store, not a library. But I like that I can bring my own food and sit and read.

B&N always has a good atmosphere of diverse styles. They have events that other places can't host or won't. The only knock is sometimes their bathrooms can be pretty gross😝
Besides that, B&N is my only go to book and lego store!

Order books for me if they don't have them in stock at the time, always courteous and professional. I usually support local book stores but there's something to be said about accessibility and great customer service. Love this place.

For the most part, B&N is a great book store. Lately I have had issues finding books on specific work working techniques when I visit the store. Oh well, I will check back in the months to come or gamble on a book from Amazon.

Unimpressed by Barnes n Noble recently. I love going here for books, and the atmosphere is always good. But I recently visited to purchase a couple vinyls and when checking out, as usual, I didn't ask for a bag, because I can carry two vinyls out just as easily as a plastic bag can. Not to mention they are a complete waste.

Anyways, the cashier responded with, "it's our policy to give bags out to everyone in the store. you can throw it away after you leave."

I just think this is very wasteful policy and even though the act of saving one plastic bag may not seem important, it really is important to some one like myself. the smallest measures can make a difference.

Great if you are looking for a certain type book or magazine. If you read alot join their club which will help costs to stay down. Donate your books to the military hospital, Goodwill or Salvation Army.

A good place to visit for new books. Has a large assortment of things, such as; books for all ages and purposes, very pretty journals, pens, markers, kindles, other miscellaneous electronics, movies, music, a cafe, and moreeee... visit here for a great gift for all ages and purposes.

Joe is an amazing employee, he is kind and knowledgeable when it comes to customer service and goes out of his way to make sure the customer finds what they're looking for.
