Rush - 5th Ave

I am honestly super disappointed with my order today. I got an Aries drink, a cran orange muffin and the egg bites. Now I will say my drink was good but my muffin was expired by four days. I thought well maybe it’s still good. Took a bite of it and nope it was indeed not good. So then I go to eat my egg bites and it’s a slab or some egg mix. Not at all what I was expecting. I shouldn’t have assumed it was gonna be like other egg bites but a heads up would’ve been nice. I can’t say this was not the only problem I’ve had with rush. I will say though this will be the last.

Love these guys. They make my frappe the way I like. They even know my husband's truck and know his order for me. Great baristas.

The best coffee and mocha. Want to wake up with Alaska's Finest start here you won't be disappointed.

Takes wayyy to long. I ordered two vanilla lattes and they gave me two black coffees. Also my breakfast burrito was burnt. Never again.

All the baristas are so kind and give great customer service. The drinks are fantastic and food is is delicious. It has been my favorite place for a pick me up for over a year now and I always recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick stop for a drink or even a quick chat with some of the nicest ladies I’ve met.

Perspnal disappointment. Looked up coffee near me and Ruah came up. Menu and picture indicated they had Lefsa. What a treat. I can understand we are out...but the response I got from Bariata was... huh, and didn't know what it was. The different food options I asked about are all pre made so couldn't remove the onions or peppers. Hot chocolate was ok, but wouldn't drive out of my way. Again, personal disappointment for not having what insisted and food options not to my liking.

I bought a burrito today and was not impressed. One half ONLY refried beans, the middle ONLY rice, and by the time I got to the other half nothing but cheese. Very disappointed. If it was prepared right it would have been great. But I would not get the lunch burrito again.

Also, the lady working was not able to recommend anything on the menu or explain any of the April specials.

I've been here multiple times in the past and have very much enjoyed the breakfast burritos. I guess it all depends on the person preparing the food.

Last Few times I came, I was turned away to tell me they are closed then I turned around and to see that they are not close, just refusing my services. Not to tell me why they say they are close when clearly they aren't. I came over 4 times to be denied services. I was once loyal customer. Now I am disappointed to be told they are closed. I came at the hours that they are not close at all. Not sure why I was denied services. I used to order up to twice a day now it's zilch and they told me to go to Kaladi Brothers Coffee. They do not serve Red Bull Smoothies. Anywho I would have given 5 star. But denied for no apparent reasons or told why. It is poor customer services.

The staff at Rush is constantly upbeat, fun and extremely professional! The coffee is amazing but the employees complete the experience!

Parked our vehicle with the passengers side facing the order window so my wife could order her drink. Then the lady working made a nasty comment about parking that way. You can keep your rude comments to yourself. Will never be going back.
