Kindred Spirits Coffee

Came in today and the two young girls were not only rude, but needs a big lesson in “customer service.” I asked for a 8oz almond mocha with almond milk. She said okay. Once I received my drink I tasted it. You couldn’t taste almond milk so I asked if it was a almond mocha with almond milk. She replied yes. I then told her nicely that it tasted nasty ( not rude or snarky) and she asked if I wanted her to put more almond milk in. I told her no ( because at that point I would’ve paid extra for a new drink) she says have a nice day and slams the window and walks away. I had to beep my horn just to get someone back. The second young girls comes to the window and I ask if she is the manager? She says no. So I ask what is the other girls name. I’m met with a smirk and slight laugh when being told her name. Dunaan or something. I then ask the young girl if this is how they treat people? She states no, but she did ask if you wanted it remade and you said no. I said, I did not say that and neither did she. She asked if I wanted more almond milk not a remake, so don’t say things that are not true! I’ve come to this coffee shop for years and never treated how I was told! Very sad and I definitely know both those girls don’t care

Loved the mocha ! The ham and cheddar croissant was tough and hard to bite through in places. Service was very friendly and fast 😁

I loved these little coffee huts that are located all over Anchorage. Great way to pull up and get a good cuppa...my preferred was the mochas.

Ordered through doordash, never confirmed my order after 15 min of waiting. I called the store about 7 times and was ignored for a few then hung up on once. I checked and they’re open. Ordered through the other store (5th ave location) and they accepted it immediately. Wont be coming to this location anymore.

I went to this coffee shop yesterday in the evening, and while the barista was taking my order she was touching her fake eyelashes, her nose, and tried to get something off her tongue, I left! I do not feel this is appropriate cleanliness on any day, let alone during a pandemic!

Got an order via Door Dash. Lattes were great and sandwiches were delightful. Came in a timely manner.

We were out working and kindred spirit brought by some absolutely amazing coffee. Thank you so much we love you guys.
