Delicious and hot! Took it home to eat it. Fluffy and pillowy.

The place needs some revamping. Beignets were ok.. kinda dry...3% charge for card transactions.

The beignets were alright. They aren't as light, airy or crispy as the ones I had from Cafe Du Monde, but they got the job done without having to go to New Orleans! I also got an iced vanilla coffee that was just okay.

The food and coffee are great! Make sure to get there early though. Attitude towards customers could be better. But overall a great little breakfast spot.

the
beignets are pretty well done but you have to understand the rules literally anything that you ask if if they don’t have. it was very rainy the day we went. we asked her bag she said they didn’t have any. We asked for saucer container she said they don’t have any. so the sauce would’ve just soaked right in so we didn’t get any sauce. we had to walk from the hotel to the place. it is cash cash only place. they do have ATM but there is a fee. The ladies were really nice but everything we asked of them they didn’t have so that part was the big con.

Southern Pecan coffee and beignets, absolutely delicious! The cashier was super sweet, the guys in the back were hilarious! We loved this place.

I do not normally leave bad reviews. I always try to find the positive but on this one & only visit I couldn't find one positive. I can't even say that I got to try a beignet....because the man at the counter was so rude I turned around & left. I've never in my life been made to feel like a nuisance in a place of business. We walked in & immediately were scolded because there couldn't be that many people inside due to covid. There were 5 of us & we all were intending on buying. I stand there waiting to order while the rest of my group went outside. There was one other customer in there who was obviously a regular. The man looked at her & said I haven't had any customers for an hour & then all of these people come in right at closing. I said that it was quite alright & I didn't feel that I needed to buy a thing & left. He never once said a word directly to me. This man may be a fine man to some but towards me he was a coward who didn't deserve my business. We went across the street to an adorable bakery & spent our money there.

1st thing 1st, the Beignet's are good...

Where improvements need to happen is in the service... I know everyone can have a bad day, but I think the issues were more in the order process and accuracy dept.

Orders kept getting messed up and the wait was 15 to 20 mins for everyone while we were there.

Perhaps they could use an order number system.. That way counter, kitchen, and customer are all on the same page.

Stopped in on a weekday @ 7am. Tasty beignets, fresh and made to order. Not quite Cafe Du Monde but closer than the 3hr ride to NOLA with plenty of powdered sugar. Give them a try.

We drive almost 2 hours to go there. Does that say enough? We love the fresh beignets. No need for fancy coffees, that is not what it is about. Simple, fresh, we are made to feel welcome. The pastries are made fresh locally, just not at the Perdido key store. Old fashioned, beach town hangout. Love it!
