The best coffee shop around town! You really can’t beat the coffee and the atmosphere.

Sidetrack is a wonderful coffee shop unlike any you have ever ever seen. The coffee and tea consistently exceed my expectations, and you pay what you feel is fair. The atmosphere is pleasant and laid back--a great place to relax, study, or hang out with friends. I live in a different state now but always visit Sidetrack when I'm in town because I know Side Track goes above and beyond to serve its customers. The owner isn't in it for the money. He loves coffee and community. That's the essense of Sidetrack. Definitely a must for tourists and locals.

Such a cool coffee shop in Oplekia! Very cool, calm, relaxed atmosphere. Super friendly staff. I ordered a basic iced vanilla latte and was caught completely off guard when the barista told me "pick what you want to pay for it." Yes! You decide how much you want to pay for your coffee! $1, $2, $3, $4+! How cool!!! Such a crazy, unique idea. The large was rather small in size but YOU decide what you want to pay so does it really matter?! The latte was absolutely DELICIOUS! Plus, I wasn't forced to wear a mask during my visit which is even more reason to love this place! Can't wait to go back with family and friends!

Great no frills coffee bar. The coffee is simply delicious and served the way you order it. There is no cost for the coffee but you can pay what you like or feel it's worth. If you would pay $9 for a mediocre cup from that over priced shop named after a Herman Melville character then spend 4 buck on a good cup and a relaxed atmosphere.

Update - was in the neighborhood amd stopped by again to visit! Still perfect ! Love the coffee soda!! Our favorite. Brought my pickleball friends and they loved this drink!!!!

When I visit from out of town , I come at LEAST twice if not more times°° where else can u come to get the most amazing coffee ever with incredible atmosphere and pick ur own price. Donughts are really good and heavy style..good stuff

This is a great unique space with really good coffee. It's also a very unique business model where you get to pick what you want to pay. A must stop for coffee enthusiasts.

The atmosphere is one of the best things about this place, apart from their top notch drinks. You can sit anywhere, as there are plenty of comfortable seats, where you can enjoy free wifi, a delicious drink or homemade scone/muffin, and a great view. The service is also amazing. Another cool thing about this place is that you pay your own price for your drink/food, which i personally think is a really cool concept. The staff does a great job all around. Also great vibes, this place leaves you with a smile on your face. Keep up the good work!

this is the only place i know of you can get a nice iced americano and a dungeon daddy in the same place. the coffee is beautifully textured with bold flavor, the barista's are incredibly nice and full of personality, and the dungeon daddy has soft hands and a warm smile. 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone

very cute, hispter cafe. expected the vibes to be more pretentious, but it was welcoming! good place to study, and their drinks are good. the chai latte was surprisingly spicy (in a good way)! also, the barista was very kind. definitely would go again!!

This place is so great. Not only does it look super cool, but the coffee is honestly the best around the Auburn/Opelika area. That's just my opinion, but they are constantly coming up with new things to try, with some pretty unconventional takes on cold brew and espresso. Easy to say that I'm never disappointed with what I get. They also let the customer pay whatever they think they should pay, which is a really cool honor system kind of deal. Only downside might be that there is not a ton of room for studying, especially once it gets busy.
