Quaint, unassuming coffee shop from the outside, but modern look and feel on the inside. It even has a private space upstairs with a TV for team meetings. Coffee was good and the service was excellent. They will bring your order to your table if you’re dining in. I usually work at coffee shops, so this was a delightful change from downtown. Definitely recommend the food—so delicious!

this was wonderful!! we were looking for a worthwhile lunch stop and we found the perfect place! we found something for everyone, the service was so friendly, and the food lived up to expectations!! not to mention their building is gorgeous. we would totally come back.

Meals are expensive, but the quality, service, and taste are undeniable. Enjoyed a very tasty Cloverdale involving pear, goat cheese, honey, and walnuts. It was an incredible sandwich. Coffee quality has gotten progressively better than when I first visited when it opened. It still isn't the best in Montgomery which is why it gets 4 stars. The shop uses Stumptown Coffee and is available in whole bean bags which certainly doesn't hurt, just makes it not feel like a local shop.

My wife and I come here very often for our morning coffee dates and we love the atmosphere. It's that coffee shop you always look for that has the perfect coffee paired with the best baristas and chefs. It is just a short drive off the interstate and located in a great area in Old Cloverdale.

Cute little cafe in an old bank. Study-friendly, wifi, bright and sunny, staff are lovely.

Service was awful just left the cafe after waiting 25 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches. The croissants were burnt and full of butter, bacon was thin, biscuit sandwich cheese was stuck to the paper. I hope you do better on my next visit. It won't be for breakfast.

My bf and I were driving through the state and was wanting some good espresso and saw this cafe on the map. This place was so neat looking and the coffee was amazing! Makes me wish I lived closer!

Went for a nice late afternoon lunch. You order and pay upfront and they cook your meal to order. They have barista's on staff and the food is chef quality. The lunch was a nice light choice of salads, sandwiches and soups for the most part. I was hungry so I had the arugula salad and their turkey BLT with fruit as a side. I also ordered a chai tea. They give you a table number, you seat yourself and they bring the food out to you.

Wait time was very reasonable considered it was cooked to order. The arugula salad was a nice starter with great taste, flavor, and freshness and a nice plate display (sorry I didn't photo my food). I substituted to turkey for my BLT because they had run out of chicken for the day, which was fine because restaurants like this often strive for fresh quality and a part of that sometimes means running out of certain items. They also just recently opened this restaurant and I'm sure they are tweaking the details as they go.

I would certainly recommend them for lunch and I'm certain their breakfast would be wonderful as well.
As far as atmosphere the building was converted from an old regions bank and the vault is still visible as walk-in storage space for produce and such. The styling is more of a modern look with sealed concrete floors and white, black, and grey coloring with a large front window and steel accents. The seating is on two levels with a large wood staircase leading to the second level. The base level has cushioned wall seating with a barista bar with mixed baked goods and teas.

Lovely redo of an old bank with delicious pastries and coffee. But best of all was the vibe of the baristas; everyone behind the counter made me feel so welcome, as if I was truly a welcome guest rather than a stranger passing through town on a rainy day. If I lived in Montgomery I'd be there daily!

Wow! Vintage cafe is delicious! I was traveling to the beach over memorial day and hit Montgomery around lunch time. I saw this on Google Maps and thought it looked worth a try. So glad I gave it a chance! I even stopped here again on the way back the next weekend. If you're traveling through, it's an excellent place to stop.
