OHenry's Coffees

The people that work at this location are some of the friendliest and nicest people you would want to encounter. I come here all the time and I live in Gardendale. The coffee and food they offer here is amazing too. Can't go wrong!

The banana nut muffin was moist and delicious. They even heated it up for me.

All of the workers are so nice and will help you get the perfect drink, I drive past it on my way into work and usually get a sweet cold brew - so good and perfectly refreshing in the morning. The decor in the building is perfect for studying as well.

Still only curbside takeaway (COVID-19), but it was a good coffee anyway!

Great neighborhood coffee shop where they roast there own beans (off-site). I buy all my coffee there. Locally owned and operated.

O'Henry's is about Coffee. The dominance of -shall not be named coffee place- has taken away what makes a coffee join great; coffee. However, this is where O'Henry's thrives. I was very tempted to issue four stars because have a magnificent wall with coffee beans from all over the world, which is frustrating because you cannot get your favorite drink with a grind of your choice. But, the staff was accommodating and brew a cup of my favorite beans just for me.

I love this O'Henry's location. There is plenty of seating, but it still has the cozy, warm feel of all O'Henry's. Same friendly staff and great coffee that all the locations have.

It took me 36 minutes to order three cups of coffee, even though I was next in line, no one greeted me. The waiting to order wasn't unreasonably long, once my order was placed, it took a long time for the one person working behind the counter to fix my coffees....even though there were four (employees? ?? People? ??) Behind the cpunter. One even said, "I am not wprking, I'm just fixing MY coffee." The place was really unorganized and I did not feel welcome.

I like the upstairs which can be cozy. The staff is nice and friendly. It is a very loud coffeehouse so not best place for quiet. My biggest problem is the internet rarely works so if you need wifi i suggest going somewhere else. Despite repeated attempts for them to reset modem or fix internet issue, they could either not figure out or would not try to do so.

Cool place with a TON of coffee beans to take home. However, they only have 3 brewed options and it's drip coffee. So if you're looking for hand-brewed coffee (french press, v60, chemex, etc.) you'll have to go somewhere else.
