Husband and I went and it was clean and organized. Young kid working there couldn’t give any recommendations and was rushing us to make a decision even though we had told him we’d never been there. We got the donuts below. The vanilla glazed was decent and the peanut butter chocolate one was decent. I assume bc they were the original yeast donut with frosting on them (even though we didn’t get to try the original glazed yeast). EVERY OTHER DONUT WAS DISGUSTINGLY DRY. Donut holes were DRY.. apple turnover was DRY. I would assume it was because we went close to closing but if they’re truly making them fresh everyday then that shouldn’t matter. The cannoli was like SAND. GO TO DAYLIGHT DONUTS in Forestdale. I’ve been to that daylight donut shop so many times minutes prior to closing and the donuts were STILL moist and DELICIOUS.

My iced latte was sooo good! The lady up front was so helpful recommending things also! My banana pudding donut was mouth watering! The strawberry shortcake was my favorite!

Bust a move in here for the apple fritter your grandma used to make. So soft and cake like but not too sweet. Make a poor boy weak in the knees. Pro tip. You better be an early riser or else you might get skunked.

Monita’s Bakery is an oasis of fresh comfort in the KrispyDuncan conveyor belt world of carbon copied donuts. Upon entering, you are greeted with a warm welcome only explained by a love for the craft of making delicious hand made donuts and other delectable sweets. Time was never wasted selecting my mixed dozen cheat day donuts, and Max was more than grateful describing each Inquiry. Lastly, I topped it off with Max’s signature caramel macchiato. After all, picking out such wonderful cakey (word?) goodness can be exhausting. Max and the cheerful Monita’s crew hasn’t seen the last of me. Until next time✌🏼

My husband and I came across your donut shop yesterday. We were passing through the area antiquing. We are so glad we found you! The donuts, apple fritter and coffee were all delicious. The service was so friendly and helpful as we tried to decide which items we wanted to try. We will definitely visit again the next time we pass through.

I can’t believe I’ve somehow missed this little honey hole of greatness. I was craving donuts and didn’t want to make the drive to get the other place. I randomly came across Grateful Donuts around 9:30 am. Thinking their selection would be little I called ahead. To my surprise they were fully stocked. I bought a 2 variety dozen and a couple more. It was hard to choose with so many interesting choices. The employees were extremely kind and very patient while I tried to make my choices. If you’ve not stopped by or driven through (yes, they also have a drive through), may I suggest you do. It’s really worth it! Wow! They were absolutely delicious.

Always quick and prompt service. Went in yesterday and was Happy to see that they had literally sold out of everything. So much so that they had to start making cake based donuts. Which they don't normally do. Also locally owned and operated. My Kids love the donuts

Cute little bakery shop with a variety of delicious doughnuts as well as cakes. I placed an order for a spiderman cake for my son & grabbed a box of assorted doughnuts on the way out. There were so many yummy flavors to choose from. So far my favorites are the carrot cake, fruity pebbles & maple doughnuts. The staff was friendly & the treats were delicious. 10/10 recommend trying out this little spot!

Everybody loves Monita's! Innovative flavors and classic favorites, pastries and breakfast foods, all made with love. Always a hit when you bring them to work, play it safe and get 2 dozen cause they go fast! The banana pudding donuts are my fav 😋

Had a GrubHub pickup order at Grateful Donuts this afternoon. I've never been here before, so I didn't know what to expect. Was created by the owner when I arrived it was very friendly and helpful. He gave me the order then he let me know that he put extra doughnuts in the box with the half dozen mixed donut order. Definitely impressed me that he would give extra doughnuts to his customers when most places are barely giving you enough.
