Chai was okay. Service was quick. The gentlemen that helped me was rude and clearly doesn't appreciate customers. He asked what size I wanted, I asked what were their sizes....I am from out of town and not familiar with this local shop...he rolled his eyes and pointed to the cups. RUDE!!

I ordered mocha coffee. It was made just right!

My husband and I have recently moved to Foley from Pensacola. I have been to several of the Drowsy Poet locations in Pensacola, but the Drowsy Poet in Foley is definitely the cutest one I’ve been to! The decor is adorable, the atmosphere is quiet, and they have a lot of cute merchandise to choose from. They also have a lot of seating options, so it’s a great place to study or work or hang out. The staff is always very friendly and the coffee is exceptional—haven’t tried a drink from the local menu that I haven’t liked! Highly recommend stopping by!

The decor and atmosphere are great, as is the customer service. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations if you are stumped on what to order. My only disappointment with this location is the seeming lack of regard for COVID safety measures. I ordered a drink for pickup and nobody inside besides the staff had a mask on, and this is with a significant number of people in line in a small room. I would recommend the drive thru for anyone concerned about their health or that of their family.

Their coffee is really good, the food is alright. It’s pretty much a hit or miss when it comes to their breakfast. The two times I tried their quiche I could tell it was old. And I wouldn’t go through the drive through if you’re in a hurry.

Enjoyed the food (bagel with smoked bacon cream cheese - YUM!) and the coffee. Reasonable prices, friendly upbeat staff, just a little loud from all the people chatting over the noise of others doing the same.

Always great service with a super friendly and outgoing staff. I've never had a poor experience there and have been going at least once a week for the past five or so months. They have an amazing selection of great coffee and flavors. On top of that they have a drive thru which is incredibly convenient. I couldn't recommend it strongly enough!

Wonderful experience at this Drowsy Poet location. We've loved Drowsy Poet coffee in Pensacola for years, and are happy to have a location near the Eastern Shore. This Foley station has a fun vibe - they took inspiration from the old gas station location and it's a really fun place to be. There are plenty of seats and plenty of electrical outlets for those who want to work there (me!). I like that there are two rooms as well as a patio. The food looks delicious and is made in house -- I have yet to try that, but will next trip in!

Great coffee. The iced macchiato was delicious! I added white mocha to mine and it hit the spot. Not overly iced or watered down. It wasn't insanely strong either. The service was so friendly.

I LOVE DROWSY. If you actually like the taste of coffee and not just a sweet drink, drowsy is your place. My personal favorites are; white mocha poetchino, moon pie poetchino and the peanut butter mocha poetchino..
