The Toasted Yolk Cafe-Dothan

First Time at Toasted Yolk, Everything was AMAZING!!! Nice Atmosphere, Clean restaurant, My Server Faith was one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. Great attitude and nice smile She recommended the Shrimp & Grits and I finished with the Churro Donuts, will definitely be back!!!

We ate breakfast this morning. Hostess greeted us, smiling. Our server was accommodating and friendly and a manager even stopped by our table to check on us!! The food was good. Overall a good experience.

Way overpriced, slowwww service and loud. Waited 40 minutes for service and it wasn't even busy. A half of sandwich with soup is $14+. Also it has a bad atmosphere. Some of the guests were cackling non-stop as if no one else was there. Metro Diner or Mom's Kitchen are MUCH better options.

Everything was delicious there, that my husband and I tried. My only complaint is the rudeness of one person. I believe her name is Ciara. She acted like having to seat us was our fault, as if we asked the host to not be there at the time. She needs to be friendlier to paying customers. In customer service, you put on a smile and treat people with respect. You don't make them feel like, as the customer, you're inconveniencing the staff.

Our waitress was so sweet and our food came out pretty quick, and was hot. We will definitely be going back!

Edit: We were promptly contacted after this review by the manager. He was so very sweet and helpful and offered to fix the problem. I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious! Fried chicken sandwich, all the way.

Mara was AMAZING, SUPER cheerful and sweet and just overall a wonderful server. I hope in all my future visits that she is our server every time! She made it an absolute pleasure to eat here!!

Food was amazing! Service was outstanding. If you go, ask for Vincent! He gave great recommendations and kept us informed on our order. Will definitely be back! Atmosphere was wonderful as we sat outside. I highly recommend this place!

the staff is fun and friendly, great atmosphere & seems like it would be very fun to work here!
our waitress, Faith, was attentive and kind. we enjoyed the caramel macchiato hot and cold and a cranberry grapefruit mimosa which was recommended by Faith. all great choices! highly recommend.

Stopped for breakfast on our way to the beach. Good food and friendly service. Had avocado toast and eggs, hubby had eggs, sausage and hash brown casserole. We would definitely go back again.

I've been twice so far. I had the fried chicken sandwich with "side" salad. I put that in quotes because it's quite large. I took two people with me and both of them liked their food as well.

Disappointed. I took my son for lunch on his break. He had the toasted yolk, and I had the 2 eggs breakfast deluxe. The food took a long time to arrive, and it was cold when it did. The hashbrown casseroIe was dried out, and didn't taste good. I have never sent food back before, but if I had the time I would have in this instance. It was that bad. Since we didn't have the time, we ate some of the food and decided we would not come back to this place. It was also kind of pricey for what we got.
